#1004 Shores Of Madeira Penthouse

The Shores of Madeira #1004 - Please note that due to our hurricane season, there is no pool or patio at this time at The Shores of Madeira. In addition, there is no direct beach access from the property. Construction is ongoing on the property as repairs are made. Please note that the Association is requiring that a waiver of liability be submitted along with the application and background check forms.

Arrival must be 1st of month, minimum 1 calendar month stay required. This condo association requires the formality of background check & application approval at least 30 days prior to arrival. This includes providing social security numbers for all guests and also photos of driver's licenses. Please note that lost fobs will incur a replacement fee of $250, or the withholding of the equal security deposit, depending on the method of booking.

In addition to the forms required by the association, you will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

Please note per the Association Rules and Regulations, smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property except in a private unit. SunHost allows smoking on the private balcony but smoking is not allowed inside this condominium.

Unit has been entirely updated with modern granite kitchen with dishwasher and two granite baths. One tub shower and walk in shower in Master Bedroom. The master bedroom has a king bed and there are 2 twins in the second bedroom. In unit washer and dryer. Large open living area with real wood and ceramic floors and beach views everywhere you look. Free WiFi and Free Long Distance in the US, Canada, Puerto Rico & Mexico. Offers 1 assigned Covered parking space, additional parking available. Includes 1675 square feet of living space.

Large beach side pool and hot tub. BBQ grill available. Complex also has a large common room on the ground level that opens out to pool and patio area. The covered common area includes a BBQ grill, kitchenette and a lending library. Out side there are two additional large BBQ grills. A little over 1.5 miles from John's Pass Village keeps you away from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to get to. Walk to Supermarket, restaurants and pubs in the immediate neighborhood.

When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to 7 day a week office staff, office services (fax, copy, print boarding passes etc.) We also have maintenance available 7 days a week if you experience any issues at the property and an after hours emergency on call person.

The Pass is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden. You can access the Pass via the beach by traversing under John's Pass Bridge or any of a number of safety crosswalks. Approximately 1.5 miles south of Shores of Madeira.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This beautiful Gulf getaway, has something for everyone, including water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

  The Condo was perfect, the sunset in the back balcony and the sunrise in the front balcony, amazing! The location was great everything you need or want is there. There was painting of the building going on during the month, which closed the pool and hot tub but some of the days were cold, so it didn't really disrupt our plans.
