Beach Place #102 - Remodeled, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo complete with balcony view of popular John's Pass in southern Madeira Beach. This ideally located condo includes heated beachside pool, BBQ grills and an on-site coin laundry for your convenience. Free Wifi. Beach Place unit #102 has one parking spot.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

The spacious kitchen includes all utensils, coffee maker and microwave. The living area provides comfortable, updated furnishings and television with DVD player, serving as a perfect spot to unwind after a fun filled day at the pool or beach. Both bedrooms provide plenty of room as each has two queen beds, and television making accommodations perfect for families, a girl's or guy's getaway, family reunion or any special occasion. Bathrooms are spacious, meticulously clean and linens, extra towels and pillows are all stocked, and ready for you upon approval.

As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including copying and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available as well as an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking home. Staying at 102 Beach Place means you have one of the most popular attractions directly across the street! John's Pass Village is a landmark and a must see for tourists who enjoy a great family environment just steps from their front door. John's Pass Village is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This beautiful Gulf getaway, has something for everyone, including dolphin watching and water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world. Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

  Condo was clean, spacious and beds were comfortable. Negatives were in February of 2025 we stayed in same room. We reported 3 of the 5 kitchen lights were out. Stayed in same room February 2026 and the same 3 lights were out....365 days to replace bulbs which were not replaced. 4 Queen beds but only 1 blanket in the entire condo. Kitchen sink was backed up with water when we entered the condo. Toilets ran off/on the entire week. Living room has sheers, not curtains, which are very see through to the busy public parking lot and road. Dishwasher would only clean when on Heavy we had to do the 1st load twice. The balcony is quite noisy with the busy road and public beach parking area. As I said the condo is spacious, beds are comfortable, basic kitchen amenities were fine. We won't stay in this unit again.

  Great location as it is literally steps away from the beach as well as John’s Pass. Ideal if you do not rent a car or drive. Would prefer beachfront, but this was still convenient. If you plan on working, the WiFi did not hold a connection long enough to complete even a five minute task, but most people are on vacation so they don’t have to work! Elevator only worked twice during our five day stay.

  Our unit was clean and spacious. We liked they had TV trays to use as needed. Lots of seating at the kitchen table and bar area. Love the full size refrigerator with water and ice. We liked that the entry door was keyless. It is close to John's Pass, pool and beach. Very nice location. Three things could have been a bit better. 1) place a hair dryer on the wall in one or both baths. Traveling via plane it's difficult to also pack a hair dryer. 2) Place actual curtains(not sheers) on the large window/sliding glass door. It would help with privacy and keep the heat out. 3) Lastly the kitchen overhead lights only had 2 working, the inside stove light and under microwave light were not working either. It made the kitchen quite dark...we reported the problem 3 times to the management company and no one called or came to fix the lighting. However, all that said it was a very nice place...loved the outside table and chairs too.

  This was our second time staying at Beach Place condos and our third stay thru SunHost Resorts. We have always had a great experience in a convenient location. The only issuethistimewasthatthe tile floors were dirty when we arrived. Walked across the condo barefoot and the bottom of my feet were black. Everything else was clean so this must have been an oversight.

  This was our 3rd visit to Beach Place Condos in Johns Pass during our Christmas Vacation. We absolutely love the location and the condos are very clean and spacious. The heated pool is wonderful and you can’t beat the sunsets! We walked Johns Pass many times and it’s so easy to travel up and down Gulf Blvd and visit the other local areas too. We will surely be back again next year.

  Beach Place #102 looks as though it has recently been renovated.. From the balcony, the drawbridge and Bubba Gump’s can be seen. It does not overlook the beach. It was very clean and the Sunhost folks were extremely helpful. We enjoyed our stay right across the road from John’s Pass. Access to the beach and pool was very close. I recommend this room.
