It doesn't get much better than this when visiting southern Madeira Beach! Enjoy first class living in Crimson #103! Beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo complete with ocean and pool views. This bright and airy 1,570 square foot property offers everything you need to create a memorable vacation. Designed with comfort in mind, guests will immediately notice the well thought out floor plan that includes a full kitchen with bar seating along with in-kitchen dining for up to eight people total. All utensils are provided, including up to date appliances that any cook will appreciate. The living room provides comfortable seating with overstuffed leather furniture, flat screened television and ceiling fan for added comfort. Perhaps the most popular space in this sought after condo, is the large balcony providing views, views, and more views You won't find a better place to sit back and relax while overlooking the beautiful gulf beach and heated swimming pool. Please note that lost keys will incur a replacement fee of $250, or the withholding of the equal security deposit, depending on the method of booking.

Crimson is a Smoke Free property including all private balconies and common areas.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

The master bedroom features a king size bed, television, access to the balcony along with adjoined private master bathroom offering plenty of space and comfort. The second guestroom offers a king sized bed, television and access to the private balcony, while the third guestroom contains one twin bed and one queen and television as well. All rooms are beautifully decorated, while offering privacy. And with all SunHost properties, you will find no detail has been overlooked, including bed linens, extra pillows and sufficient towels well stocked before your arrival. A washer and dryer as well as high speed internet are also included. Free Wifi. There is no phone in this unit.

Guests enjoy being just steps away from the heated swimming pool, BBQ facilities, and of course, the world renowned gulf beaches. John's Pass is a local landmark and located just across the street. It's a must see for tourists who enjoy a great family environment just steps from their front door. The Pass is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.

Amenities also include daily access to the main office for any business needs that arise, such as faxing, copying and printing boarding passes. Maintenance is also available seven days a week along with an after-hours emergency call attendant. This is a non smoking home.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This beautiful Gulf getaway, has something for everyone, including dolphin watching, water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away. Please be aware there is one parking space for this rental.

  Beach never disappoints us Michiganders this time of year. Condo was very nice, well equipped kitchen, however wish there were beach towels and nice beach chairs. We were informed the pool, hot tub and elevator would not be in working condition before our stay...that made the stay not as enjoyable.

  We rented the unit a couple years in a row and loved it. Except this year, air conditioning unit had to be repaired twice but was done immediately. I had to clean

  The faucet in the tub is barely attached and it is leaking mold. It should be repaired since it may be leaking water behind the wall.

  Second time at Crimson, first time staying in Condo 103. This condo was perfect in every way. Kitchen was very well equipped. up to date decor, balcony furniture was comfortable. No complaints at all. Would definately stay in this condo again.

  Quite lovely, the staff are professional and thoughtful. The.Crimson building is in a beautiful location off the beach with sunsets every day possible. Even though the weather January 2024 was cold, the condo was the perfect place to be comfortable to spend our time in Florida.

  Sunhost provided us a wonderful vacation. This was our first vacation to the Gulf side of Florida. The crimson was just lovely. The condo was spotless and luxurious. The furniture was all in great condition and comfortable. Waking up to the sunrise on the deck with coffee and watching the sunsets was the perfect start and end to the day. The few issues we had the company communication great and let us know exactly what was going on. We felt very safe and had no problems letting our teens out on their own. Having John’s Pass literally across the street was great. Prime location. We arrived before the condo was ready and they allowed us to store our luggage and grab some lunch. I am already looking into booking our next trip for 2023. Not a single complaint!!

  The condo was comfortable and well-stocked, except for disposable items, such as trash bags, paper towels, TP, tissues and soap.
  The beds were comfortable. The bathroom showers and tub were not updated, but the bathrooms were nice and large. Te bldg was quiet and the pool area was clean. We were surprised to find that the hot tub near the pool was broken.

  This condo had a great view! Felt very relaxed just like you were at home but with a ocean view!! Couldn’t have picked a better place to relax with my family! Location was excellent close to John’s passage great walking distance! Came with my adult children and we all could go and do things in are own time and didn’t have to worry about having one car take us anywhere!! We walked almost every where!! Would definitely rent here again!! Only complaint would be the showers needed to be taken better care of!!! I’m sure the water had something to do with it. But would love to come back again when we save the money!! We waited 10years for this and hopefully we dnt wait that long again!! Sure miss that view and sounds of the ocean

  Beautiful accommodations! Recently remodeled. Not many offer three bedrooms and three baths! Great location. We love having so many restaurants close by. We enjoy Middle Grounds, BRGR, both across the bridge into Treasure Island. John’s Pass offers Mad Beach Brewery which besides excellent beer, great food and great service!
  We have stayed at Crimson for several years, and have never been disappointed. Highly recommend it.
