Las Brisas #103 - You won't be disappointed with this wonderful beachfront 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom vacation retreat located in Madeira Beach. All brand new furniture throughout, including new bedding & TV's. Everything you need is here and just steps from the ocean, pool, spa, BBQ, including John's Pass Village just a short mile away. Free wifi included.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

The SunHost staff looks forward to taking your reservation for this spacious, well laid out updated unit. The modern kitchen includes updated counter tops, new appliances and updated cabinetry. Fully stocked with utensils, including coffee maker and microwave, everything is here for your convenience. The open living area with comfortable seating leads out to the outdoor balcony with spectacular ocean views. Both bathrooms have new double bowl vanities with granite tops. There simply is no better place to watch Florida's dolphins and pelicans play and see unbeatable sunsets at the end of the day.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed and large television. The large, second guestroom contains two queen beds with attached bathroom as well. The third bedroom has one queen bed making this a perfect property for larger families or groups. As with every SunHost property, linens, extra towels and pillows are all stocked, and ready for you upon arrival. Free Wifi is also included as well as a washer and dryer. This unit does have 2 assigned parking spots.

Amenities also include daily access to the main office for any business needs that arise, such as faxing, copying and printing boarding passes. Maintenance is also available seven days a week along with an after-hours emergency call attendant. This is a non smoking home.

This prime condo is just one mile away from popular John's Pass Village which offers a variety of restaurants, unique shopping and entertainment along a pirate themed 1,100 foot boardwalk. The Pass is a quaint turn of the century fishing village and Pinellas County's number one tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area.   The condo was nice enough. My two constructive criticisms are about the master bedroom and the cleanliness of the place. The cleanliness was an issue in so much as the floor had not been cleaned at all; full of sand, and even once swept up by us, blackened our feet with dirt. The cleaning crew also, removed the dishes too soon from the dishwasher and created a back up of water that we thought would have to get fixed by a plumber. Luckily the exterior building maintenance man told us a quick fix for it. I appreciated that the condo was available well before the official check in time, but not at the expense of cleanliness.
  The owners of the condo tried to create a larger living space with more view of the ocean, which I appreciate it. However, they did it by creating a very small , master bedroom and bathroom with a bed so outsized for the room that it was difficult to even move around without hitting yourself on it. There were doors that glided open onto the living room, but let a lot of noise through. Would not stay here again.

  THECONDO WAS VERY NICE AND CLEAN. HOWEVER, THE ELEVATOR WAS BROKE FOR ABOUT (2) DAYS IT WAS DIFFICULT TO BRING GROCERIES UP AND DONW THE STAIRWAY. THE STAIRWAY WAS FILTHY! IT NEEDS TO BE PRESSURE WASHED. THE ENTRANCE WHERE YOU GO TO THE BEACH IS PILED UP WITH SAND, NOT ONCE WHILE WE WERE THERE DID ANYONE CLEAN IT. THE PARKING IS HORRIBLE! IF YOU RENT A (3) BEDROOM, I WOULD THINK IF YOU RENT

  This condo complex is in a great location, however this unit is across from the elevator and the trash chute so it is very noisy for the 2 back bedrooms. The kitchen drawers and silver ware holder needs to be cleaned as well as the grout in the bathrooms. Living room furniture and beds were great! Electrical outlets and switches need work, a lot of them didn't work.
  Overall we had a great vacation, but I would choose another unit if I return.

  The unit is good, mostly redone. However the building is a bit old and the unit does get a lot of noise at night. Every morning at 430 the Maintance guy parks right at the balcony and honks his horn to confirm it’s been locked, we also had a party crowd every morning at 3am coming to bed. The floors were a bit dirty but manageable.
  
  The noise is what it’s, the other stuff the management company was all over the concerns and wanted to get them addressed right away. That was nice, very responsive and they do want your stay to be good.
  
  It would be nice for them to have some coffee and laundry soap, more dishwasher tabs, 3 for a week with a family is not enough, and better pillows. I would pay a bit more so I wouldn’t have to buy those and then take them home. The unit also had no paper towels. I manage and own rentals, my rentals the guest does not have to stock soaps and towels, they only need to bring themselves and food. I provide laundry soap, plenty of dishwasher soap, paper towels and coffee cups for the keurig.

  Me and my family have been staying in the Reddington Beach/Madeira beach area every year since I can remember. We stayed at #103 for a week July 2023. The location was great as usual. I have to say that the property is not well equipped. The pots and pans need to be replaced as food sticks to them. There was no broom, no simple starter supplies like a roll of paper towels, sponge, etc. Most condos will have simple starter supplies. Not having a broom is just not acceptable. The dresser in one of the bedrooms had what I think was ketchup on the front of it. Also, the tables in the living room were not wiped down. I thought that most cleaning companies have a checklist of minimal kitchen utensils/supplies and cleaning requirements. If not, this is definitely something that would be helpful.

  The beach and location of the condo were both great! The condo itself was cute and well stocked. We had several issues:
  
  1. There were dead roaches all over the condo. Every day, new dead roaches appeared.
  2. The doorknob to one of the bedrooms was broken and my mother (age 70) was locked in the room. We had to remove the doorknob. We called maintenance and they said they would come and fix it. That did not happen.
  3. The toilet in the master bathroom ran constantly. We had to turn the water off to the toilet so that we could sleep.
  4. The floors were DISGUTINGLY DIRTY. I wore shoes all the time, even walking to the bathroom or getting out of the shower.

  Overall, this condo is absolutely beautiful. The location is perfectly close to everything, Publix is a few minutes away, and John's Pass is a quick drive as well. The Beach is clean, and you have the opportunity to rent (from a 3rd party) cabanas on the beach which was important for us. There was a seaweed problem (lots floating in the shallow and deeper waters) but nothing that ruined our fun.
  
  The condo needs some TLC/updates, there is visible wear (dents, dings, paint chipping) throughout the condo. The Master bedroom toilet ran the entire stay. One of the bedrooms has a faulty doorknob and our daughter got stuck inside several times. The floors were VERY dirty, and had a film that caused our feet to be black with dirt at the end of the day. This is a simple fix if the cleaning/housekeeping team washes between rentals.
  
  The beds were fairly comfortable (A little firm for our liking, but that is personal preference), the sheets and bath linens were clean and adequate, and there were extra blankets and pillows in each bedroom closet.
  
  The kitchen was stocked fairly well with plates, silverware, corkscrew, pots/pans, etc..
  
  Our biggest issue was with the cockroaches. We found at least 1-2 cockroaches DAILY in the kitchen and bedrooms. This was an unwelcome surprise.
  
  Unfortunately, would not stay here again.

  Location was great and the sunsets were amazing. Floors in main living area were disgusting. But the rest of the condo was super clean. Noise from the elevator and the trash trucks were annoying. Beds were super comfortable. A suggestion for all rentals is to supply a small cooler to take to the beach. When you fly you can’t really bring beach supplies.

  The place was very enjoyable only problem was the roaches. The unit was sprayed the 2nd month we were
  there but then I killed 12 roaches during our last 3 weeks. I felt bad because all the other times we stayed at Las Brisas we never had a problem with bugs. There was construction going on above us in unit 203 so maybe it caused the bugs to come down to the unit we were in. I am sure they will take care of the problem.

  the condo its self was very nice, nice decorated the view was amazing i would recommend this condo to stay at, the check in was great the women were so nice also got to check in early which was nice because plane was early, as for the check out the ladies working that day were not so nice as i has emailed with company and since our plane was not leaving til later that day i had asked if we could leave the luggage at the office till 4 pm as check out was at 10, when i got to the office and informed the lady there she was not pleased with what i told her ,i did get to leave luggage but i felt like they were rude and not pleasant.

  We were incredibly satisfied with our condo as well as the beach. We traveled here during the peak of the red tide, and though it was noticeable, our beach seemed cleaner than the others surrounding us. This condo is the perfect location. Everything was well stocked and the beds were comfortable.
  The only complaint would be the property office management staff. They were less than friendly when I called with issues regarding cancelled flights. I understand the no refund policy, but a bit of empathy would have been nice in the midst of all the stressful events of three cancelled flights and trying to get there to utilize at least part of the week we paid for.

  Updated rental but still some things to do. Example, updating bathroom but gross shower rod. Las Brisas itself needs to do a better job of security. Noted many people from across street cutting through the parking lot to the beach and some using the pool. Many other condos have limited access. I love the location but believe something could be done. I will return because of location but would love to see more security and less smoking on balconies.

  We loved the spacious unit and how close the unit was to the beach. The unit was nicely decorated with the beachy theme. The tall chairs on the balcony were great as you can see the beach much better. We didn’t like the parking restrictions. I feel if the rental office knows of a unit not being rented that week would offer visitors parking for a day; instead of threatening to toll your car.
