You won't need to walk far to the beach from this beautiful condo! Located just steps from the beautiful gulf waters, this southern Madeira Beach 2 bedroom, 2 bath retreat is perfect for those looking for a memorable holiday! Stunning features throughout this 1,225 residence includes a spacious kitchen with granite countertops, modern lighting, and every amenity for a comfortable visit. The large living area offers plenty of seating as well as a flat screen television. The outdoor deck allows a partial view of the beaches and swimming pool and is the perfect location to relax with a good book or winding down after a day at the beach. Free Wifi. Please note that lost keys will incur a replacement fee of $250, or the withholding of the equal security deposit, depending on the method of booking.

Crimson is a Smoke Free property including all private balconies and common areas.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

The light and airy master bedroom has a king sized bed, flat screen television and access to the outdoor balcony. The second guestroom offers a queen sized bed as well as one twin. Like all SunHost Properties, the bathrooms are spotless, and updated for an enjoyable stay. Linens for all beds, extra pillows and sufficient towels are provided as well. Just pack your bathing suit! Washer and dryer are also included in this amazing property.

Amenities also include daily access to the main office for any business needs that arise, such as faxing, copying and printing boarding passes. Maintenance is also available seven days a week along with an after-hours emergency call attendant. This is a non smoking home.

But it's not just the amenities that keep guests returning, it's the stunning location as well. Walk out the front door and within minutes your toes are in the beautiful clear waters of Madeira Beach. If you prefer relaxing by the pool, or soaking in the hot tub, it is all right here as well. In fact, with everything centrally located, chances are, you will never want to leave during your entire visit.

One of the most popular attractions is directly across the street! John's Pass Village is a must see for tourists who enjoy a great family environment, one of a kind shopping and terrific restaurants.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This beautiful Gulf getaway, has something for everyone, including dolphin watching, water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

    The unit had no usual VRBO/airbnb promised amenities. Run down furniture, Springs poke through the mattress, not a pinch of salt, pepper, drop of oil, or even a paper towel or a single coffee filter, let
    alone coffee itself in the unit you pay top dollar for. I went to the management to complain that the unit was not stocked, they said that’s their usual. Never heard of this before. The only thing that did fix promptly, and I gave them be -4, is the door finally started closing after they adjusted it. I don’t know how long it hasn’t been closing, because the latch mechanism was not even aligned with the hole where it supposed to go into. It get it, they had a hurricane last year , but paint and Sheetrock is still peeling off, while they are charging you for the stay? So F- service. A+ location because it’s right on the beach, are you ready to sacrifice comfort for convenience? Up to you.

    The unit was spacious and clean. Great location to shops, food and entertainment. The property is snuggled in between two older established properties. Parking area was tight but close to unit. The pool and grills were not operational during our stay and wasn’t given this information during booking. The unit lacked basic necessities to maintain clensiness of the unit. Basic things like spray cleaner, paper towels, and dish soap.

    Our stay at the vacation condo was overall enjoyable, but there were a few areas that could be improved. The condo itself was nice and provided a comfortable space for our trip; however, it could use some general upkeep and attention to detail inside. Some minor maintenance and updates would enhance the experience for future guests.

    One of the main concerns was the lack of essential kitchen supplies. Basic items such as paper towels and extra trash bags were not provided, which made meal preparation and cleanup more inconvenient than expected. Having these essentials readily available would have been a great convenience.

    Additionally, we were disappointed that both the pool and elevator were out of service during our stay. While we understand that maintenance issues can arise, we were initially promised a higher refund due to these amenities being unavailable. However, the actual refund provided did not match what was originally communicated, which was frustrating.

    Despite these challenges, we did have a pleasant stay and appreciated the overall comfort of the condo. With some improvements in maintenance, supplies, and better communication regarding refunds, this rental could offer an even better experience for future guests.

    We were very dissatisfied with our unit. Crimson 104. The furniture was so old and extremely uncomfortable. My back was hurting the entire stay. Some slats were out on our vertical blinds so we had no privacy. We asked to get them fixed but the maintenance man said it was too expensive to replace. We flew so couldn’t bring a lot. The 1 frying pan was so gross I couldn’t use it. There was very little in the kitchen. I had to buy a lot to get by. This unit had

    This condo is a nice condo across the street from John's Pass Village and right on the beach. The building has a small pool and also a hot tub, and parking under the building. I would not call it "beautifully furnished" and a number of small things need attention. But the location is great and the space is good. A dehumidifier would help, but that's true all over Florida no doubt.

    We have been staying a week every year at the Crimson for many years-this is the second year in a row we have stayed in unit 104-
    1 -kitchen Faucet Water flow was SLOW- we had to get water from the bathroom to fill glasses and coffee pot- called the office and they sent a repairman over right away and he checked it and said it needed a repair part but we never saw him again
    2 master bedroom bathroom had two sinks and one of the sinks had a broken spout that made it flow on the counter, the repairman looked at that also and said the owners would have to approve of a replacement-never heard back on that issue either
    3 sheatrock in master bedroom bathroom patched up and looks like a 10 year old did it- was that way last year
    4 light in shower of master bath shower did not work
    5 bottom two shelves in pantry broken- broken last year
    6 broken mirror door on closet next to front door
    Really don't know if the owners are not willing to repair any of these problems but we have never experienced any of these problems in any other unit at Crimson-we will probably return to Crimson but NEVER rent that unit again

    After staying with Sunhost resorts over numerous years, it never disappoints. We always have a great time there and it is family oriented. There was a few hiccups this year, but not enough to keep us from going back again. We truly love the area and the beach is beautiful. Sunsets are worth the trip!!

    After check in the master bath light was out, once it was replaced the fixture fell breaking the faucet on the sink that was never repaired.

    The pool was only cleaned once during our stay and the tile could use a good cleaning as well. The keys locks for the pool and the beach gate is over kill and annoying. There isn’t a restroom near the pool and you have to go to your room.

    This place was the perfect location for the beach and within walking distance to the boardwalk. Unit had most everything you would need for your stay. My only complaints the shower drains backed up every time you took a shower. Also the toilets' didn't flush consistently, and had to be fixed every time to get it to flush. The living room furniture needs to be updated and were kind of dirty, so I bought sheets to throw over top of them. Some minor updates could make this place perfect.

    The location of CC 104 is excellent. The condition of the condo is poor. The carpet is reprehensible. There are many fixes needed. The Property Management Company responded quickly to our requests. However, this property with a terrific view is very neglected.

    Beach and ocean were gorgeous. Condo was dirty and gross. It was apparent that only the sheets and toilet paper were changed. Even the towels had an old smell to them. Dirt and grime was found throughout. Hair all over each restroom. Crumbs all over the couches. Faucets had green build up—easily wiped off w a clorox wipe, which showed me that no one had taken the time to even wipe down the surface. Kitchen sink had dried food. Urine on floor and back of toilets.
    When I spoke w the ladies in the office they did apologize and assist in getting the cleaning fee refunded. We were offered to have the condo cleaned...but I had already done that myself with cleaning products we purchased.

    The unit needs some updating. The furniture is starting to wear. The bedroom carpets look dirty. The unit would appear cleaner if the carpet in the bedrooms was replaced with new flooring. In addition, there is mold inside the cabinetry in the bathroom. I have a picture I took during our stay if you'd like to see it. The mold gave an overall feel that the unit was not well taken care of. Crimson is an amazing property, we just weren't impressed with unit 104.

    Although we were grateful to find a place to stay, we arrived to a filthy condo. Not only being inconvenience, and losing part of our vacation time, we had to have 3 women clean while we were there. The kitchen is beautifully remodeled, but short on silverware, coffee mugs, and plastic cups to take down to the pool. In every other condo, we have stayed in there have been beach towels left over from other guests for use. This is a huge savings for those of us that cannot lug beach towels with the weight restriction policies from airlines. The maintenance man had to change many light bulbs, repair the master bedroom door from failing off the hinges, and repair the lock on the sliding door. The ceiling is painted with two different colors, blinds are broken and will not close properly, decor is very outdated, and our feet were black after walking on disgusting carpet. We were given a small refund of $300.00 but with staying 2 weeks for the first time ever on a vacation, we feel cheated and should at least be offered one week free for what we put up with. We have never had a problem with renting a condo in the past so this was quite a let down.

    The weather was pleasant during the two week stay. Crimson exterior is being well maintained. This is the 4th time staying at the Crimson which has always been enjoyable. The Condo which we stayed this time was our least favorable. This is not a "recently remodel" Condo. Unless it was done with furniture and appliances from second hand stores. Carpet needs major cleaning or replacement.
