  Great communication and we were able to check in a couple hours early. The room and view were great. The kitchen could use some updates. There were very few dinner plates, the ice machine didn't work, there were no extra paper towels and we could have used a pitcher. We made due and went to a dollar store to get supplies. Overall, I would definitely stay here again!

  We had a great time and loved the location. A couple of things I think the condo needs are a 4 person table on the deck to eat at, several more plates, more coffee cups, a cheese grater, a blender (couldn't make our margaritas!) and salt & pepper (shakers were there but they were empty).

  Couldn’t be happier with the overall experience of this property, the beach and the location. From the maintenance guy, the guy taking care of beach chairs and the SunHost Resort crew, they were all very friendly. Unit #104 was very clean and spacious. One small issue with a noisy fan in the master bathroom. We really enjoyed the Lucky Lizzard Bar and the Reef restaurant across the street. I asked everyone in our party if they like the place and if they would stay here again. They all replied yes.

  Great location, clean, furniture new/newer condition, everything needed was there. Beach access perfect, pool area nice as well. The only negative was the bathroom configuration for 6 adults was not optimal with only full access to 1 of 2 which wasn’t actually the “master” bedroom. Setup my grandson in the very large closet for sleep so that eliminated that bathroom completely at nap time and night.

  1 parking spot is not enough. Beach access was great. Condo had 5 large palmetto bugs in various places. Very dirty on top of refrigerator. Very dirty on top of microwave. Saw what looked like mouse droppings inside the cupboard where plates were kept and on a plate. We actually left the place cleaner than when we arrived.

  Our rental location could not have been better. Close to everything! and far enough away from the crowds. We felt like we had a private beach. The condo is dated, but clean. The outdoor Maintenace man, Gary, never stopped working! the grounds, pool, and parking area were immaculate. we loved the fact we could rent Beach chairs and umbrella for the week, right in front of our room. AND they move the umbrella around for you throughout the day!
  our only complaint would be the LACK of amenities. If you do not provide enough dishwasher soap, or a scrubber sponge, you wonder how well the people before you washed dishes? yuck! Beach towels should be a must if you rent a BEACH condo. those of us flying, do not have room for a beach towel! we used the bath towels, but then ran the wash machine/dryer, with our own detergent every day. waste of energy!! only complaint, We would defiantly come back!

  My husband and I came with our 4 children ages 12, 14, 17 and 20. The view from our condo was breathtaking. Listening to the waves from the ocean each night to go to sleep was a dream come true. Overall it was tidy and had everything we needed for our 4 night 5 day stay. The staff was so nice and polite and always took the time to answer any question my kids had. Thank you for everything!

  The rental unit was very clean. Upon arriving the view out the door wall was spectacular! The rooms were a good size. The Master suite was large. Furnishings somewhat old, one chair had upholstery on seat with a tear in it. The master door wall was difficult to lock and slide open. However, I would definitely stay there again. It is within walking distance of a lot of good restaurants, the pool was very clean, heated and fun. All in all a wonderful 2 weeks.

  The size of condo was perfect for what we needed. Unfortunately most of it was outdated. The fridge was old and rusty. The carpet in bedrooms was old and disgusting.   We have been coming to same property for years, have askedmany times for outside outlet on balcony to be repaired and it still isn't. Asked many times for surface light under microwave to have bulbs replaced and they havent been so we did it ourselves, the price increase over ladt few years for the condo will send us renting elsewhere, hardly any wine glasses left,kitchen needs restocking

  The property description was accurate and accommodated our group of six nicely. The unit was spacious, clean, well maintained and the kitchen was well stocked. The view from the balcony was outstanding and the sunsets were breathtaking. We did not have a car but could walk to get everything we needed i. e. grocery store, liquor store, and CVS. We frequented the Lucky Lizard, The Reef, Dockside Dave’s and Coastal Tacos that are directly across the street. A short walk down the beach to Caddy’s was lovely. We did Uber to John’s Pass only because it was extremely hot.
  SunHost Resort reps were professional and very knowledgeable regarding the unit and location. The no contact check in and check out process was a bonus. Definitely will be booking this unit through SunHost in the future and would recommend this unit to friends and family.

  We had a nice stay at the condo. Very close to the beach, which was most important to us, condo was clean but desperately need some updates. Carpet is getting outdated, several light bulbs were out in both bathrooms, and kitchen appliances, though functional, are unsightly due to rust areas. We stay in the gulf every year and most places provide beach towels and beach chairs. None are provide here.
  
  The weather for our stay was perfect so fortunately we spent most of our time outdoors so the negatives if the condo were minimized. We would definitely consider staying at this condo again if the updates mentioned were finished.

  This is a great location right in front of the beach. The view is amazing! if you are into pictures, this is a good place for you. It is also close to John Pass, about 5 minutes driving. The appliances in the house are very old, expect loud noises from the washer or dryer, and long time for the range to heat up. Rooms are nice but mattresses could be improved. The checking process for us was bad, there were delays due to repairs being done close to the time I was going to checking. Also our parking spot was taken and we had to call the on call services for instructions. The on call services was TERRIBLE! They considered my call a non emergency call and did not want to page the host. I had to persist that if I cannot get a parking (other spots are subject to towing) I would not be able to stay. After a long back and forward, the on call services decided to make the page. In overall this is a good place, but there are similar options around all this area around the same price range or better

  Great place to stay! Steps to the beach and the pool, along with the fabulous view was what made this place so great! It would be really nice to have beach chairs, toys and a small cooler provided for those that are flying. We ate at Salt Rock for the early special, delicious!   Our first floor condo was great! Right on the beach, more than enough room, however, the counters were dirty when we got there and there was a 2 inch Palmetto bug/cockroach (dead) under the coffee table. I also had to kill one in the bathtub, so not thrilled with that because bugs terrify me. One of the bedrooms had a TV, but the plug wouldn't reach the outlet so that wasn't ideal either. The beds were extremely uncomfortable as well.
  OVERALL, the location to restaurants, bars, grocery stores was ideal and the fact that the beach was at our feet was a huge plus.

  OK experience I Hidden and I vacation all over and rent condos/properties. This particular area was not our favorite in Florida as this was the first time we were there. The condo was OK I feel it could’ve been cleaned much better than it was. As far as what you needed in the facility everything was there towels, appliances. We loved how we were very close to the ocean and within minutes could walk out there though view and the sand was amazing, we would not go back due to the area itself.
