Charming 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath located steps from the beach and across from popular John's Pass Village offers great value! Madeira Norte #106 is a 940 square foot property that provides everything you need to have a memorable vacation. The unit offers an open floor plan with ample seating in the living area for watching television or playing board games. The kitchen, with granite countertops, comes fully stocked with utensils as well as a washer and dryer for your use. From the balcony, guests can enjoy a partial ocean view while enjoying the coastal breezes. Please note that lost fobs will incur a replacement fee of $250, or the withholding of the equal security deposit, depending on the method of booking.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

The master bedroom is spacious with a king sized bed and flat screen television. The second guest room offers 2 twin beds with plenty of space provided for your belongings. Like all SunHost properties, the bathrooms are meticulously clean. Linens, extra towels and pillows are provided for the comfort of our guests. Enjoy free WiFi and long distance from this unit.

Please note the Rules and Regulations for Madeira Norte Condominiums prohibit motorcycles on the property. The Board of Directors has authorized the removal of motorcycles via a local towing company.

There is one assigned parking spot for this condo.

As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including copy and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available as well as an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking home.

The location of this vacation property is unsurpassed and especially popular for families. Steps away from the beaches, guests can also enjoy the heated swimming pool and BBQ facilities. John's Pass Village, a popular destination for year round residents and tourists alike, is just across the street. The Pass is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction.   We have stayed at Maderia Norte 106 the last 3-4 times now.. it’s a great size condo, fully stocked and perfect location.
  
  This time might be our last at this specific condo unless they do some upgrades. Could use a room deep clean with wall and trim scrubbing, fresh paint and upgrades in bathrooms- stuff is rusty. And a TV in master like pictures would be great!

  We showed up on July 3rd got our keys for July 4th arrival. The office was closed on the 4th therefore we received keys a day early but couldn't get in until noon on the 4th. Well... On the 4th we went at noon. Keypad would not work, storming, 1200 miles from home with a 1 year old and tired. No one would help us. Office closed, no emergency advice (told us we don't know what to do) no maintenance. Stood there with luggage, screaming child and storming. Put a request in via email for emergency help. Never heard from anyone... Ever. We finally somehow 2 hours later got the lock to reset and open. We could not lock our door when we left due to afraid we couldn't get back in. Then on day 4 board of health came out and shut the pool down. 100 degrees out, no pool. Feel free to use the beach I was told. Ok .. what about accessibility issues? That's why we chose here and the pool. Any other pools we may use? Nope. We lost 3 1/2 days of pool and stuck inside for most of the day. $250 refund... That's it?! We have stayed here before, no problems . This was not a good visit. Oh and the elevator was broke. So the whole complex had 1 working elevator.

  Well where should I start, first thing the after hours pick up at a different hotel is ridiculous!!!!!! Then we forget our code and took them one hour and a half to finally get the code from someone. Also the place was dirty around frig and washer and dryer, the frig on the side had dry food on it!!!! The sheets didn’t even fit the bed in master bedroom. Horrible experience all together!!!

  We LOVED our stay at Madeira Norte. Upon arrival the staff called to notify us that our room was available for early check in. The room and facilities were clean and the location was great. The pool was even better than the pictures online. We were steps away from the ocean and John’s Pass. The staff were helpful and available. They provided us with plenty of information about the area since it was our first time in there. We will be coming back for sure!

  The condo was as advertised. Clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen was decently stocked. We were only in the rental 2 days due to hurricane Idelia. The worst part was the after hours check in. The on call number given connected us to the rudest, inpatient person I have ever dealt with. She at one point said my frustration was "stupid" and I could hear small children screaming in the background, had it not been for another resident of the condos taking the phone from my hand and telling this woman he would assist me, we would have never gotten in that first evening. When I went to the office first thing the next morning, and expressed my concern, they didn't seem to be too alarmed only telling me to write a letter of concern. Well the very next day we were evacuated. Good news was we were refunded our money for those evacuation days and because I had purchased of our trip. Like I stated condo was nice but I would not work with SunHost rental company again.

  The outside of the property was very well kept. The pool could have been vacuumed better. The condo was horrible. Floor was nasty dirty, trash under the couches, not enough supplies for a 16 day stay. Trash bags didn't fit the can too small. Dried blood on the pillows, master bed sheet had holes. Dryer vent was full of lent we had to sweep it out. Outlets falling out of the wall. Adjoining bath door doesn't shut all the way and doesn't shut. The blinds for the sliding doors had to be put back together and still barely worked. Dishes were dirty with dried food. Dryer door wouldn't stay shut. When we brought all this up to the office all they said was ok. No offer of a cleaning fee refund or an apology.

  Would have given 5 stars, but c'mon... no ice cube trays in the freezer. No paper towels - not even a partial roll. No facial/kleenex tissues. Only 3 coffee cups in a condo that sleeps 4. I don't think we are expecting too much to expect these minimal necessities to be in the condo. Otherwise, great location, very clean, convenient.
