Madeira Norte #108 is a 940 square foot property that provides everything you need to have a memorable vacation. The unit offers an open floor plan with ample seating in the living area for watching television or playing board games. The updated kitchen comes fully stocked with utensils as well as a washer and dryer for your use. From the balcony, guests can enjoy a partial ocean view while enjoying the coastal breezes. Free Wifi. Unit rents Saturday to Saturday, other dates by request. Please note that lost fobs will incur a replacement fee of $250, or the withholding of the equal security deposit, depending on the method of booking.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

The master bedroom is spacious with a king sized bed and flat screen television. The second guest room offers two twin beds with plenty of space provided for your belongings. Like all SunHost properties, the bathrooms are meticulously clean. Linens, extra towels and pillows are provided for the comfort of our guests. Enjoy free WiFi and long distance from this unit.

There is one assigned parking spot for this condo.

Please note the Rules and Regulations for Madeira Norte Condominiums prohibit motorcycles on the property. The Board of Directors has authorized the removal of motorcycles via a local towing company.

As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including copy and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available as well as an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking home.

  Condo needs a deep cleaning! The bottom of our feet or socks were black. Truly black. The carpets in both bedrooms need to be replaced or at least shampooed. Throw rugs were needing to be cleaned. Bottom sheets for king size don't fit. Every morning i had to put the bottom sheet back on. Condo needs some tlc. We enjoy the balcony and the view. The love seat is broke. Some of the balcony chairs are showing some wear and tear.Plan to return

  We love staying at Madeira Norte and have been doing so for 6 years now. This unit was great, very clean and newly tiled shower. Our only minus (very slight minus) was there were no beach towels. Lots of beach chairs and fun stuff but no towels. This is the 4th MN unit we have stayed in but the only one that did not have towels for the beach. Overall the stay was fantastic.

  this is second year we have been there in same unit. Love the location of John's pass right across the street. They really need a bathroom down near pool or bottom floor of condo building. Hot tub would be great also especially since it is mostly seniors that would be using it. We have old bones and problems that a hot would really help. This time we did have loud people above us bot weeks different people. Pulling chairs out from the table really make a lot of noise on those floors. I think they could take inventory of utensils a little more often. We only had 4 forks in the drawer. Lucky we had family in another unit that borrowed us some for the time we were there.
