There is too much to say about Madeira Norte #110 exquisite 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 940 square foot property located in a prime location along southern Madeira Beach. From the moment you walk in, you will be entranced by this updated, beautifully decorated home that provides some of the best beach and pool views available. Free Wifi. There is no phone in this condo. Please note that lost fobs will incur a replacement fee of $250, or the withholding of the equal security deposit, depending on the method of booking.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

Upon entering, guests will immediately notice the private outdoor balcony with panoramic ocean views while providing plenty of cool breezes. To the left of the entrance, is the the updated kitchen, complete with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, modern cabinetry and fully stocked with utensils and cookware. The living area offers comfortable seating with a large sectional sofa, flat screened t.v. and access to the balcony. Enjoy your favorite book or cocktail when lounging outside on the deck overlooking the pool and beaches. Chances are, this will be your favorite location in the entire condo!

The well appointed master bedroom provides comfort with a king sized bed, plenty of closet space and spotless master bathroom. The second guest room has two twin beds, making this an ideal location for families with young children. A washer and dryer are also included in this property as are linens, extra towels and pillows.

There is one assigned parking spot for this condo.

Please note the Rules and Regulations for Madeira Norte Condominiums prohibit motorcycles on the property. The Board of Directors has authorized the removal of motorcycles via a local towing company.

As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including copy and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available as well as an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking home.

Just steps from the beach and pool, guests will also love the close proximity of John's Pass Village, a popular attraction with shopping, restaurants and entertainment along a 1,100 pirate themed boardwalk. Located just across the street, many guests visit night after night as there is so much to see and do.   Our rental was very clean and well maintained. The decor was very beachy. We loved having the pool to cool off since it was surprisingly hot in early March. We were right across the street from John's Pass and close to grocery stores. We will definitely be back.

  Location was perfect with easy walking distance to John's pass. Condo had extra beach chairs and wagon which was awesome. The condo has a small space kitchen so not ideal if you plan to do alot of cooking. The beds are extremely uncomfortable. We tried flipping the beds but no help. Also would love chair service directly behind the condo. There are no bathrooms in the pool area so you have to back to your condo to use the bathroom.

  We have visited Madeira Beach every summer for over 10 years. If this unit was available and we were only traveling with a party of 4, we stayed here. The unit is perfect for us. We love the location, it has a balcony on the Gulf, and a pool. John’s Pass is right across the street for dinner and shopping. It is a great place to stay for our annual summer vacation to Florida.

  There were several maintenance items found. Stopped up bath tub, broken inoperable receptacle, light out, bad light switch, pillows were very old and flat, sheets were dingy looking. No bathrooms on ground level made it unhandy.
  We like staying by Johns Pass and I’m sure those folks had a rough way to go from the devastation last year but none of these issue were from flooding or wind. Sorry to have to give such a negative review but this was my experience.

  We had a great week long stately here. The view is in incredible - we saw dolphins every morning and watched the sunset every evening. Johns Pass was right across the street - ice cream, shopping, restaurants, activities. Grocery stores were a short drive away - we stocked up on food, water, paper towels, etc for the week. The unit had everything you’d need to cook with it and there was a closet full of beach things (wagon,umbrellas, chairs, toys). All instructions were easy to follow; we arrived late and had no trouble checking in. Would definitely recommend.

  Although the building is older it’s well kept and the location and view is phenomenal. Our unit had a direct view of the beach and pool with plenty of seating on the balcony. It’s directly across from John’s Pass Village and we were able to walk to many different shops and restaurants. The unit provided lots of beach equipment which we also used. The only negative was the unit needed some TLC. Although it was clean on the surface, it needs some fresh paint and a deep cleaning including the couch (so big and comfy) and walls. Also, there wasn’t a blow dryer provided as in standard practice. I had to buy one. Overall, the good outweighed the bad and we would stay here again. However, with a little more care, this unit could easily be top notch!

  The location was fantastic, pool and beach were great. The floors in the unit we stayed in were disgusting and the bedding needs to be updated. There was blood stains on my pillowcase. We will rent at this complex again but probably not this unit unless they make sure its clean and upgrade the bedding

  This place has it all, even personal private parking. Being able to walk over to John’s Pass without the hassle of looking for a parking spot or having to pay. The only complaint we had was the size of the master shower. There is not a lot of room to move around or shower off.

  We found the location to be great. Building elevators are updated and there is guest parking available. The unit (110) needs upgrades-0nly 3 coffee cups, mish mash of silver ware. Dining table chairs were horrible-1 was broken and 2 wiggled so badly you were leery to use them. Peeling paint in bathrooms. Beach toy closet was dirty & disorganized. Excellent wifi, large deck and nice deck furniture.

  Sunhost has been our go to vacation rental company since 2012, nothing bad about them. Our unit though is in desperate need of repairs. The owner really should come in and see what needs to be done. Tape placed over broken mirrored medicine cabinets is a hazard, so many things need to be done, can’t name them- sunhost is great, unit 110 has a great view, but some serious repairs inside need to be made.

  Always a pleasure working with SunHost Resort staff. They are prompt and very professional. It’s nice having the office located so close to the rental condos. Madeira Norte property is very well maintained and the grounds staff were very pleasant. They were hard at work each morning cleaning the pool, Beach and grill area. Love that they take care of Butterball and her friend.🐈‍⬛. Our condo was nice, but the bedding seemed pretty worn. There were a couple of some smaller items that. Needed addressed and the staff took care of those. The views are beautiful and the patio furniture was very nice! Definitely would stay again at Madeira Norte and book with SunHost!!!

  Great location and stayed there many times before, just not in this unit. Loved it was on the first floor and ocean front however the unit was dirty. The furniture was thick with dust and the couch needs a good steam clean. The mattresses and pillows all need replacing. For $1900 for the week I guess my expectations were higher than they should have been. Other than that the unit had all the basic needs. The A/C went out on our last night but I called the emergency number and they sent someone out to fix it that evening and called the next morning to check on us. The beach is beautiful but the swimming pool was cloudy and the pool man warned us not to swim in it because the filters were broken. Madeira Norte was our go to spot but considering elsewhere next year.

  The property is undergoing an external refresh that seems to be taking an exponentially long amount of time.
  Condo 110 needs a refresh to include furniture, some ceiling tile, front door clean-up and weather stripping. The plants in the condo need to be thrown away or taken out side to be thoroughly cleaned.
  Bottom line is this condo needs a really good deep cleaning and some new furniture.
