#202 Beach Place Condos

Beach Place #202 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo centrally located to beaches, pool and popular John's Pass Village is ready for your arrival! Guests love the remodeled kitchen, including granite countertops, and beautiful dark cabinetry providing plenty of space. Stocked with all utensils, microwave, coffeemaker and newer appliances, makes your visit easy! Free Wifi! Unit 202 has one parking spot and there is no additional parking at Beach Place.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

The living room provides comfortable seating, perfect for watching television, playing board games, or just relaxing. The master bedroom offers a king sized bed, flat screened television and plenty of storage space. The guest room has two queen sized beds, and has lots of space for children, teens or an additional couple. Both bathrooms have been recently updated and like all SunHost properties, are meticulously clean and prepared for your arrival. This includes, linens, extra towels and pillows all stocked for your visit.

When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to 7 day a week office staff, office services (copying, print boarding passes etc.) We also have maintenance available 7 days a week if you experience any issues at the property and an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking rental.

As a guest of 202 Beach Place, you will find you are centrally located to all of the area's amenities. This includes the one of a kind beaches, heated swimming pool, BBQ facilities. Located across the street, is popular John's Pass Village. The Pass is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. It's 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This beautiful Gulf getaway, has something for everyone, including dolphin watching, water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

  I got sick from breathing in the sealer that was applied to the balcony and walkways. Very disappointing. Also we had reservations for last October. I understand that things do change because of the hurricane, but Sunhost canceled my reservation, I didn’t cancel our reservations. Thank god I picked up the insurance or I wouldn’t got reimbursed. All in all, who kept our money for the reservations after you canceled me

  We just spent a week at Beach Place. It's our favorite place to stay! Area businesses are starting to open so we wanted to come and support them after the hurricanes. Even though the pool wasn't available while we were there, we still enjoyed our stay. Staff was very helpful. Can't wait to stay there again!

  The condo was everything we needed. It's in the perfect location. There were 2 beach chairs at the condo. We slept 6 of us quite comfortably. The condo was clean and well kept. If I could request one thing, it would to have a pizza pan in the kitchen. John's Pass is directly across from the condo which makes it easy for older kids to go hang out over at the boardwalk and get ice cream if they desire. Our favorite ice cream place is Kilwin's. Our favorite restaurant is Crabby's. At night, the adults enjoyed hanging out at Mad Beach Pub. We love Madiera Beach :)

  We had a great stay! Location was perfect. Close to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Short drive to grocery stores. Easy booking and payments. Short walk thru parking garage to pool and beach. The only downfalls were that the condo was very dusty when we arrived, one of the dining room chairs was wobbly, and the living room furniture is in poor condition...leather is cracked and dirty.

  We have been coming here for years and years and usually have a great experience, this year had some hiccups. First we booked in Madeira Norte and found out last minute that the pool would be closed for construction, we moved our reservation to beach place which was more expensive for a sub par condo but thought it wasn’t acceptable to not have a pool. When we arrived we found out the beach place condo we booked had a/c issues and we were being moved to a different condo which was nicer, which was great except our paper work never got corrected and we were give. The wrong door code and stood outside with our toddler for about an hour at 8:00 pm to get the correct code. Hoping for our usual great experience next yeR

  Our condo was far better than most of the condos our friends we’re staying in. Nice updated kitchen and flooring. The master bed was very comfortable and spacious room. The master shower was so nice. The second bedroom was nice. The best we’re really noisy though for some reason but my son said it was comfortable. Great they had beach chairs to use.
