Beach Place #204 - Spacious, comfortable and relaxing are three words that describe 204 Beach Place. This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom vacation property is a short walk from everything you need: one of a kind beaches, large heated swimming pool, BBQ facilities and popular John's Pass Village, the #1 tourist attraction in Pinellas County. Free Wifi There is one parking spot for this unit. There is no additional parking at Beach Place.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

Guests will enjoy the full kitchen, stocked with utilities including coffee maker and microwave. A nice countertop bar seats two while the additional dining area fits up to four. The large living room is nicely furnished and includes television and direct access to the outdoor balcony with views of John's Pass Village. Both bedrooms offer plenty of room, with each containing two queen size beds. The bathrooms are meticulous and linens, extra towels and pillows are stocked for your visit. You won't have a worry in the world when you reserve this delightful condo that is ready for your friends and family.

When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to 7 day a week office staff, office services (copying, print boarding passes etc.) We also have maintenance available 7 days a week if you experience any issues at the property and a 24 hour emergency on call person. This is a non smoking property. One big attraction to this popular unit is its premier location to not only the world class beaches, heated swimming pool, spa and BBQ facilities, but also it is just across the street from John's Pass Village, a sought after destination for tourists and year round residents alike. The Pass is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. It's 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This beautiful Gulf getaway, has something for everyone, including dolphin watching, water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

  This unit has a great corner patio with windows providing light in dining area & living room. Stovetop sketchy in operation, likely needs replaced. Flooring needs deep clean throughout. No ice maker. Not as nice a unit as previously stayed in here but hard to beat Beach Place location.

  Location was amazing -however, if someone parks in your spot after hours, there is no number to call?? Thankfully the person moved. The sliding door in room 204, take a mean muscle to open. Handle is broken off, the doors to bedrooms and baths were dirty. For the size of the condo, the pool is too small.

  Very nice place older but clean great location.
  Not stocked with any beach items. Only thing in there was a roll of toilet paper one sample bar of soap. No paper towels or anything else. So bring it with you. The beds are the worst!!! I slept on the sofa. But over all I loved where it was, convenient to everything. But I would really have enjoyed a good night sleep! 4 beds and all 4 with a $2 mattress to the point it felt like I was laying on a box spring. I would recommend this place to a friend but would warn them there is no sleep to be had between noise and $2 mattresses!

  The place was great and clean! We had a perfect view to people watch later in the evening on the balcony and watch the bridge go up and down all lit up. The kids enjoyed that! Very close to everything! Restaurant/shopping/slushies!! And safe! Take the 10 minute drive to WAL-MART to save a TON of money on groceries!! The pool is amazing, lots of chairs! And you can’t get closer to the beach 😎☀️ I’ve stayed in three different units at Beach Place and would stay here 10 times over!

  Our room was very loud. the traffic and cars driving by could be heard at all hours of the day. The AC went out on Sunday afternoon and the night was miserable however they were able to fix it by mid morning on Monday which was appreciated. The bed were very uncomfortable however unit was clean.

  I am a long time client of Sunhost Resorts spending approximately 8 weeks at Surf Song in November and again in February/March. My husband and I have been satisfied with our stays at Surf Song. However, the room at 204 Beach Place was less than satisfactory. I really don’t understand why Sun Host puts its name on this rental and allows the owners to hide behind Sun Host, make money and not make any improvements since, I would guess, the 1970’s.
  
  The carpeting and furniture are very dirty. The appliances are very old. While there the toilet broke, the fridge broke, can only turn on kitchen faucet with both hands. Aluminum foil under the stove heating elements???
  
  Just to clarify, the cleaning people at Sun Host are excellent and have worked there for a long time. When I mention dirty I am referring to carpeting and upholstery

  My grandson was graduating from high school so I went to St. Pete for graduation. I live in Georgia. The location was AWESOME since we all love John's Pass and the beach is right out the back doors. The only issue I had was the parking. My 2 sons drove down also and we were only allowed 1 parking spot so they pad to pay 30.00 per day to park across the street in a parking garage at john's pass.

  I have been coming to Maderia and staying at Sunhost Resorts alot and this was absolutely the worst room I have ever stayed in. It was dirty, beds were like sleeping on springs with a cloth over them so bad we had to go by air mattresses, only 1 skillet and 1 pan so couldn't cook if we wanted to, I am so upset that we paid the money for this room. The extra blankets were not even usable, so stiff and hard. Not enough towels...the overall experience was horrible. Picture of the balcony furniture was a lie...we had plastic chairs. Absolutely horrible. Only good thing about this rental was location.

  Unfortunately this room was not up to par. We had been so excited for weeks leading up to this vacation. The room was very run down. The carpet was so dirty my kids feet would turn black in a matter of a few minutes after their baths. No safety locks on the sliding glass doors. Dirty dishes in the cabinet. The towel rack in the master bath was broken. The room didn't stay cool due to the fact you couldn't turn it below 72 degrees. You could tell projects were half done or done poorly. Room overall was dirty. When we got there I took Clorox wipes and wiped all the counter tops off and the wipes were black with filth. Unreal how dirty it was. Comforters had a musty odor. The 2 carts to bring your luggage to your room were being used by employees and we're not available for almost 2 hours after arrival. The elevator was slow and very warm. Honestly it was the worst rental we have ever rented. The amount we paid for it was absolutely not worth it. We do not mind paying but would expect to get what you paid for. I was embarrassed to even have my family there. Location was good. We will not stay here again.

  This was the first time my family and i were disappointed.
  We couldn't get in the condo until 15 minutes after the check-in time. When we did get in there it was dirty. The master shower had mold on it and the kitchen floor made your feet black it was so dirty. The plastic light covers in the kitchen were falling out of the ceiling. The wallpaper was peeling off the wall and the air conditioning stopped working for two days. P.S. condo 204.

  Upgrade on the mattresses is a must. The Matresses in this condo must be the lowest quality, no padding, hard as a rock!! I could feel the springs like on a sleeper sofa. Had to go to Walmart and buy memory foam toppers $130,just to be able to lay down more or less sleep. I’ve stayed at hundreds of places in my life and never had an experience like these mattresses. The most important part of our trip taken away from us,it would only cost the owners $3000 to put 4 average mattresses in this unit. Besides cars racing outside until midnight the location was good. Pool heater could have been up warmer. If your going to stay here bring mattress toppers!!

  Let me be clear. I am great full for a week at the beach but that is also why I decided to write the truth. Someone somewhere is renting this condo and profiting off of people who get one week a year or maybe every other year to take a vacation.
  
  The good. Sheets were clean. The management company left extra trash bags toilet paper bath towels and dish tabs. The location is good for John’s pass and the beach. It is nice that the building uses a code so that only people with the code can get up to your condo.
  
  The bad. This is a horribly outdated condo. See photos. There is duct tape on the cabinets. It is dirty and worn out. Couches are dingy and stained. The front bedroom has super nasty bedspreads. They are worn out and dirty. The back bedroom has new mattresses but they are hard as a rock and the headboards are loose so anytime you move they tap the wall. The window in the front bedroom doesn’t lock. The sliding door doesn’t lock. (Thank goodness for that building code) There were no baking sheets and only 1 pan in the condo. The toilet paper holder in the main bedroom is mounted so low the paper is constantly on the ground. The tile in both bathrooms is dirty from wear.
  
  The noise from the road was so bad we slept with ear plugs the whole time. I would stay here again ... if this were the absolute last condo on the beach.
  
  If I had to guess the owner of this unit has never actually stayed here.
