Overall, our stay was great. We do love our chosen unit although we would preser the ice dispenser get fixed (it's been broken for over a year). The elevators are really slow and at one point wouldn't operate when there was too much weight in it. I was worried we would get stuck in the elevator! Location near John's Pass is great.

Place was very well decorated and the view was beautiful. A couple areas were not the cleanest. The microwave and the coffee maker needed attention. Beds were very squeaky. Would be nice if there were some essentials like salt and pepper. Other than that stay was fantastic, place was beautiful and view was amazing.

We have been vacationing in Maderia Beach for several years and found Beach Place to be the perfect location to stay at. John's Pass is located across the street which offers awesome stores, dining and Hubbards Party Boat Fishing. The condo was nice, pool was enjoyable and the sunsets were amazing. We already booked for another stay.

Upon arrival unit was not clean. Floors needed to be swept/vacuumed and toilet was dirty between seat and tank. We would not walk barefoot in the unit. Toilet would not flush and my husband had to fix while on vacation. Restrooms outside of pool area/by parking lot, smelled as though they had not been cleaned. we tried to avoid using them.

Loved private baloney. Pool and pool area kept clean, but closed at dark. In Dec. that's early. Beds were old and uncomfortable. We were surprised to not find cleaning sprays or solutions, just old mop n broom. Staying 14 days if would of been nice to have. Using a code to get in and out of areas did not always work. The two beach chairs and umbrella was a plus. Nice place just not for us.

We stayed for seven days in Madeira beach. We stayed at this resort twice before and enjoyed our stay each time. The condo has an excellent view of the gulf and partial view of Johns pass. The condo was clean, my only complaint was no ceiling fans, that would be a great help in keeping cool in the summer months. The one drawback of the property is it’s next to public parking and the locals come and set camp on the beach in front of the property. Sometimes the pool area gets a little rowdy late in the day. It has easy access to John’s Pass and the boardwalk with all the restaurants.

This was our first time using this rental company and staying at Beach Place. We have stayed in Madeira/Treasure Island area other times and this was a great location close to shops & many restaurants. The description was accurate to its online description. It was clean upon our arrival and someone was always cleaning the property during our stay. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting to have beach access and things to do in walking distance around them. Sun Host was a great company to rent from and made the check in process very easy. We loved being able to go from the condo to the beach and then up to get ready & just walk across the street to eat and the many choices available there at Johns Pass. We would definitely stay at Beach Place again.

Sun host is a great company to deal with with professional friendly staff both in office on grounds staff. 209 is a nice condo with comfortable beds and living room furniture, it would be nice to have a couple of normal height chairs on the balcony for older people. The kitchen needs some things like a large non stick fry pan as there is one that is 6 -8 in which is not going to cook a meal for four adults. There are no oven mitts so used a dish towel which hurts the hands. The other three condos we have stayed in people leave behind spices and foil wrap and stuff, this place was cleaned out.

My only complaint is that the apartment wasn't clean very clean. There was dirt under the beds, windows, behind the dresser. There was mold in the bathroom and kitchen's sink. In general I have to deep clean the apartment the very first day. For a place that wants the guests to leave everything clean and in a good condition otherwise will be charged, should keep the apartments more clean in my opinion.

The property is located directly on the beach across from John’s Pass. Easy access to everything Madeira Beach has to offer. Balcony has direct views of the Gulf and amazing sunsets. The unit was sparkling clean when we arrived. Kitchen was well equipped for our stay though may be missing some amenities if you’re doing much cooking. The dealbreaker for us was the mattresses—they desperately need replaced.

Perfect location and right on the beach! Just what I wanted. The condos description was accurate and the right size for us. We really enjoyed the views and relaxing on the balcony. I would say the only downside and my possible suggestion would be to install a few ceiling fans. It would have been better if there had been a ceiling fan on the balcony as it echoed when we spoke which got annoying after awhile. It would have been ideal to have a ceiling fan in the bedroom too as it seemed to warm up while we were sleeping, but it was tolerable. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this condo to my family and friends!

The condo was lovely and the location fabulous.
We have stayed in Maderia Beach at a different condo, and it had all the amenities plus. Beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, carrying cart, Beach toys, coolers, lotions, cupboards full of spices as well as other leftover teas, and other things. A junk drawer with pens, pencils, paper, batteries etc. a washer and dryer with the soap to go with. We got really spoiled.
This condo had a beach chair, 2 lawn chairs and an umbrella.
Dealt with the owner directly on the last one-very nice and quick to respond. The reception ladies here ( mainly the one on the right) was not very nice at all.
Also, do not like the idea of pest control coming in when we are occupying the unit.
The unit was very nice and clean with a lovely view and fantastic location. When we come back, I will do a little more research and deal directly with an owner.
I would recommend this property, because of its cleanliness, location and view, but only if you were driving there and able to take all your extra necessities.

WE loved our stay at Beach Place 206. The views from the balcony are amazing. The condo is has plenty of room and is equipped with everything you need. Su host does a great job with any questions. John's Pass is great with so many restaurants and shops right across the street. The saltwater pool is smaller than some, but great location and short walk to the beach with no stairs to deal with. There are new chairs on the balcony that we loved. High top very comfortable. We would love to come back as we loved the area and the location of the Beach Place. The only negative to this condo is that there are no personal touches such as cozy throw blanket or scatter rugs. Tile is very hard oh your feet.

We enjoyed staying at this condo a lot. The location and view can’t be beaten. Condo is spacious and clean. Kitchen is fully equipped and leather sofas are comfy. Washing machine/dryer are not in the condo but are on upper level and coin operated. Would have been nice to supply beach towels as these are heavy items to bring on a vacation for the family. The two queen beds are ok but can use an updated more comfy mattresses. The only real negative are the pillows! They are old and thin and would highly recommend to be replaced.

Beautiful view of the gulf! We were greeted to a school of dolphins swimming near the shore on multiple mornings. Should it be available on our next trip to the area, we will definitely be booking this unit again.

This is our 4th time staying here. The beach is beautiful and the location is great. I would caution that condos are individually owned and not all offer the same things. I rented two condos for the same price and one of them had everything you could ask for and was updated, and the other had bare bones and needed a lot of TLC. It's unfortunate they don't charge different prices based on what the owners include. The owners of this condo take a lot of pride in their unit.

Clean condo had upgraded balcony furnture which was nice. Red tide caused issues so we stayed at the pool to avoid beach.

We enjoyed the unit, amenities, and location. The only real downside was the unit needs maintenance. The bed near the closet was so bad I chose to sleep on the couch instead one night. The other bed is a little better but two normal sized adults will fight to the slope in the middle. The screen in the bedroom is gone so if you like to have the windows open, someone could literally come straight into the unit in seconds. The kitchen faucet is close to breaking completely off. Nice place, but it needs some love.

It was good! Our flight was delayed and we arrived later then we expected and it was a little confusing as to where to find the key, but over all it was great! The location was perfect, lots of things close. The view was beautiful! It was nice!

We have stayed at #209 Beach Place many times and will do so again in the future. It's a perfect place and location for 2. We did have a lot of rain from Sally but it was still very nice to be able to sit out and enjoy the views.
