#210 Beach Place Condos

Beach Place #210 - This large 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo is right on the beach at John's Pass Village. This roomy vacation rental offers everything you need for a memorable vacation, including updated kitchen with granite countertops and newer appliances. A dining table adjoining the kitchen comfortably fits six people and the living space provides plenty of seating. The outdoor balcony offers uncompromising views of Madeira Beach, one of the best beaches in all of Florida, and serves as a perfect place to enjoy spectacular sunsets after a fun filled day.

Free Wifi. This condo has 2 assigned parking spots. There is no additional parking available on Beach Place property.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

The master bedroom has a king bed and the second guestroom has two queen sized beds. Both are spacious with adjoining bathrooms, offering plenty of closet dresser drawer space. The third bedroom has one queen bed, making this a perfect spot for larger families. Kitchen utensils, linens, extra towels and pillows are stocked for your visit and washer and dryer are here for your convenience. Free Wifi and two parking spots are also provided with this unit.

When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to 7 day a week office staff, office services (copying and print boarding passes etc.) We also have maintenance available 7 days a week if you experience any issues at the property and an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking home.

Visitors enjoy the ideal location of this complex, just steps from the beach, heated swimming pool, and BBQ facilities. One of the most popular attractions is directly across the street! John's Pass Village is a must see for tourists who enjoy a great family environment. Just steps from the front door, this eclectic attraction is highly noticeable due to it's pirate themed boardwalk. The Pass is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This beautiful Gulf getaway, has something for everyone, including dolphin watching, water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

  Spacious Condo in beautiful location with beautiful views. Management and maintenance very responsive. Condo is exactly as pictured- however - couch appeared very old - recliners did not work. The individual recliners not comfortable and very hard to get out of. Beds were soft - not comfortable. I thought the balcony furniture might break when we sat on it. Doorframes shutters about to fall off.
  Doorframes, baseboards, vents were dirty. You would think that at least every 6 months there would be a deep clean. Kitchen - pots and pans minimal - Teflon skillets well worn. No containers with lids for leftovers.
  No screens in windows - windows basically nonfunctional. A nice cross breeze would be wonderful on some days so you didn’t have to turn on A/C.
  Electrical sockets loose. TV in living is - not smart - could not watch Netflix etc.

  Condo is okay but not the best we have stayed at this beach. Only room for 5 at dining table and tv watching.
  Linens in second bedroom had a lot of "pills". Recliners on couch did not work. No cleaning behind the couch. TV's really small. No amenities at all so bring everything from salt/pepper to laundry items. Refrigerator not cooling but Beach Place management was really great on lending us one while other repaired. However, even the repair did not keep food really cold.
  Good location across from John's Pass. Remember you are close to public parking so beach gets crowded especially on weekends.

  We enjoyed our stay at Beach Place. It was nice being able to eat at nice restaurants and not have to drive any where.
  
  The only complaint I have and it's not really a complaint: the smaller bedroom in this unit needs a ceiling fan and a tv, the unit needs a vacuum cleaner, and the sheets on the king bed felt like sandpaper. The unit could use some more forks.

  We stayed at Sandy Shores last year and our place was extremely dirty and response from management was non existent . This year we decided to stay at Beach Place and after reading reviews we were not disappointed. The place was large, clean, fairly new furniture and plenty of it for seating, plenty of towels, good view to beach and pool, three bedrooms nice size, and good response from the office which was another negative of Sandy Shores. Also close to the elevator and only one floor up for stairs. Convenient to Johns pass for shopping an eating and beach is beautiful. Only negative is it could use a deep cleaning ( bathroom fans, faucets etc) We will be back!!!!!

  Great location especially for families with kids. John's pass has a lot to offer.
  
  Only negative is the cleaning fee. We were there 2 weeks, kids left after week one, no one checked on us to see if we needed things like toilet paper, linen etc. Friends came the second week but we had to clean bed sheets, linen, vacuum etc. No cleaning person during our stay. But we left the place clean and followed laundry rules.

  Location was perfect - an easy stroll to John's Pass. Great coffee shop across the street! The condo setup was perfect for us.   Stayed at Beach Place #210. The condo flooring and along the tile was very dirty. The master bath need some painting and cleaning. The vents in the master and the living room were dirty and moldy. We realize the condo cannot be cleaned top to bottom after each rental, but the dirt we saw was a buildup of over time. A tampon laid by the pool for 6 days until my husband threw it away.

  Great location, family vacations in this strip of condos for over 25 years. We love the area. Overall, Unit 210 is dated and the lack of re-investment by its owners is apparent. Charging premium prices ($4K week) to have dated furniture/mattresses carpet that is worn, dirty, faded, and couches that look like they were picked up at a yard sale is not how I will spend my money moving forward. There are much better units at this property or surrounding properties, I recommend those units.

  The condo was large, but the dryer took 3 hrs for 1 load, floors were disgusting, the master shower door did not shut and poured water out, there was food and previous tenant toys under the furniture, & every light switch and door frame had filth from prior tenants.   The location was great . Close to everything we washed to do. The cable box in the master bed room didn’t work and the dryer would not heat up at all. I did notice in an earlier review the dryer had been mentioned. I assumed it should have been fixed. I do have allergies really bad so the carpet and the feather pillows were another problem for me. I will pay attention to the next condo I rent to make sure there isn’t carpet because of this.

  We stay a month every year! We love it.When we got there it took 3 days for us to get patio door open. Washing machine didn’t work needed to replace. Otherwise everything went great. Disappointed that price going up almost 3K for same condo. Office people nice. One pool guy name George is best u have. Does great job!

  I just want to say that the condo itself has the most fantastic location walking to distance to restaurants shopping on the beach fantastic views. That being said I do want to mention a few items that are in desperate need of repair one the sliding door onto the balcony is so difficult to open it’s almost impossible, too the washing machine will not work we spent half of our time just trying to get it to spin out some towels. Very few towels were located in the condo itself. We went and bought some additional towels.

  It was right on the beach and walking distance to restaurants and attractions. The condo was as described. A little bit older than the pictures but everything worked and was clean. John’s Pass has more of a Spring break atmosphere but I didn’t want to drive and being so close to everything worked out great. I was in walking distance to restaurants, music, shops, water sport rentals etc. The sunsets from the balcony were beautiful. For the most part the guest did respect the quiet hours. I would recommend this rental if you want to be busy and walking distance to lots of activities.

  This condo was everything we could have asked for. Across the street from John's Pass where we rented jet skis, went deep see fishing, had great dining experiences and more. 210 overlooks the beach for beautiful views - we saw dolphins and manatees from our balcony. At night, we saw crabs and stingrays in the shallow waters on the beach. It was fun to watch the draw bridge go up, and fishing on the channel was great. Other renters were happy, considerate and friendly. The condo was clean and very roomy. We had 7 adults, and there was plenty of space! We would definitely rent this unit again!
