#223 Surf Song Resort

Surf Song 223 - Escape to island life in this 2 bedroom, 2 bath poolside condo on the second floor with a view of the Gulf of Mexico. The entire condo has been recently updated with new furnishings, decor, and all new paint. The kitchen has went through a recent full renovation with new cabinets, granite countertops, and updated appliances. You will also find an ample supply of dishes, silverware, pots & pans, and small appliances. Relax in the living room that includes a leather sofa with ottoman and a comfortable leather recliner to lounge and enjoy the flat panel cable TV with DVD player. The dining table can seat up to four. The large main bathroom includes a tub/shower combo. In the master bedroom suite, you will find a king bed along with a large dresser and closet for plenty of storage. There is also an attached 3/4 bath with large shower. The second bedroom includes two twin beds, dresser, and nightstand.

Step outside and down the stairs to the heated pool and picnic tables with umbrellas. The white sand of Madeira Beach is also steps away where you can relax and do all of those things that you think of for a beach vacation. You can also take in some of the most beautiful sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico.

Located directly across the street from Surf Song is John’s Pass Village, a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County’s #1 tourist attraction. The village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. You will also often see dolphins swimming in the water of John’s Pass just off the boardwalk on the south end of the village. All of this is available to you with a short walk across the street or under the John’s Pass drawbridge.

When staying at a SunHost unit, linens for all beds, extra pillows & sufficient towels for your stay are always provided. You will have access to 7 day a week office staff and office services (fax, copy, print boarding passes, etc…) We also have maintenance available 7 days a week if you experience any issues at the property and an after hours emergency on call person. Free wi-fi, cable TV, and telephone for local calls are also provided.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. It is located on the Gulf of Mexico and on Gulf Blvd between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach with a more laid back feel. This beautiful gulf getaway has something to offer for people of all ages. If you are traveling by air, you don’t have to worry about a long drive after your flight to reach your vacation destination. Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport (TPA) at just over 20 miles away and St. Petersburg Clearwater International Airport (PIE) at approximately 10 miles away.

  We have been staying at surf song for the last 5 years in various condos. They u its are always clean, but the unit we stayed in this year (223) could provide more storage for our clothes . We miss the shuffle board . Wish there was some security at night as kids came off the beach and used the pool and tiki huts

  We had a fantastic week at the beach at Surf Song. Right across from John's Pass. Pool area is so perfect for families. Can't say enough good about this place. Can't wait to go back.

  We had an extended family vacation at Surf Song with 5 families. Everyone loved being at Surf Song as we have for 35 years. Our room in 223 was spacious, reasonably updated and very comfortable. The entire outside of the buildings had just recently been painted giving the resort a fresh new look. The pool is one of the best pools in the area and is always crystal clear clean. Can't say enough about Surf Song.

  Surf Song is a great place to stay in Madeira Beach! When we first arrived we were greeted warmly by the office staff. Each unit has a personal parking space, and there are both stairs and an elevator to get to your unit. Unit 223 has a great view of the gulf as well as the pool area. The outside grounds were tidy and clean. There was always someone working the grounds keeping them perfect. The pool is spacious and there are plenty of chairs and tables with umbrellas. Our unit was spotless when we arrived. The kitchen has everything you need to make and store your own meals. Our beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were stocked with plenty of towels. You can’t beat staying at Surf Song for a lovely beach getaway with white sand and clear water. Across the street is John’s Pass, where there is every restaurant and shop imaginable. It was a fun place to walk around in the evening. You won’t regret staying here.
