Surf Song #230 - Delightful, nicely appointed 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo in popular Surf Song Resort! Located near the heated swimming pool, and BBQ facilities, this is a quiet second floor unit. With its tropical Florida decor, here is a relaxing vacation retreat is ready for your stay! Free Wifi. You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

Enjoy the open floor plan, with plush leather seating in the living room, complete with flat panel television. The updated full kitchen has new cabinets, and countertops, stainless steel appliances and bar seating. The master bedroom, with a king sized bed, is spacious and roomy. The second bedroom offers 2 twin beds providing both comfort and relaxation. Both bedrooms have televisions. Every need is met here for a wonderful vacation! The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and fresh linens, extra pillows, plenty of towels are provided.

When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to 7 day a week office staff, office services (copy, print boarding passes etc.) We also have maintenance available 7 days a week if you experience any issues at the property and an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking home.

Of course, staying at Surf Song Resort means you are near it all! A short walk will find you at the some of the most gorgeous beaches Florida offers. Relax and take in the ocean air, or spend time by the pool. Better yet, do both! Whatever you choose, you won't be disappointed.

Just across the street from John's Pass Village, a sought after destination for tourists and year round residents alike. The Pass is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing.   This is our second time staying in unit 230 at Surfsong. The room is very cute and roomy. I love the green walls, just makes it so cute. When you first walk into the unit it does have a smell to it. But once you’re inside you don’t even notice it anymore. So that didn’t bother us. The only problem we felt that needed attention is the microwave. The door is broke. So we had to be really careful when opening and shutting it. But all else was great. Beds are comfy. I like that it had a regained coffee pot and a Kerig pot. It’s close to the pool. It’s only a few steps to the beach and it’s right across the street from John’s Pass. Which we love going to. The room was clean and cozy. Will definitely book this unit again.

  Surf Song has an amazing location; walking stance to bars,restaurants, beach, pool, and shopping. Our family has stayed at different SunHost properties for the last 10 years (Beach Place, Crimson, and Surf Song) Surf Song is the most dated of them, although #230 owners have updated some of the furniture and flooring to make it better. We tend to like a beach view from the balcony, this condo does not have a balcony or view of the ocean. We also prefer a soft bed and these (all 3) are hard as a rock.
  Overall, the location and the price of this condo can't be beat! For our short little trip to Mad Beach it was a great stay!

  I first have to thank our host again. We originally had booked the week that Hurricane Debbie made landfall in Florida. She graciously agreed to allow us to delay our trip by one week with no additional costs or penalties. Thank you and God Bless You! The condo is on the top floor. Well appointed and spacious. Updated amenities and 3 balconies. The pool and grounds were very clean and the water was warm. The location is close to everything you would need i.e. groceries, recreation, shopping, etc. The condo also had all the beach toys that you could need including beach chairs, umbrella, beach cart, frisbees, balls, floats, etc. Our family had the best vacation that we had ever been on. Great condo and amazing host!

  We love Surf Song and have been coming for over 20 years, however our stay this year had some ups and downs. The room was ready before check in time which is great, unfortunately it was not cleaned properly. There were long hairs in both bathrooms, the backsplash throughout the kitchen had a brown sticky substance splattered on it, dirty dishes and coffee grounds in the cabinet and the dish strainer was extremely dirty. I had to do some cleaning before I was able to unpack or put my groceries away. The customer service in the office was not the best, there was never a friendly greeting when you walked in, I almost felt like I was disturbing them when I came in with concerns and questions. They also seemed more concerned about the condo owner having to pay for a requested item than helping the customer. I had a question regarding dates of future stays and asked to have someone call me about this and I never received a call. Hopefully this year was just a fluke...we love Surf Song and Sunhost. On the positive side, the 2 maintenance gentlemen who tried to fix the ice maker and ultimately replaced it were great..very friendly and helpful, also the gentleman working on the grounds was awesome. The air conditioner went out and they were there 1st thing in the morning to get it fixed and had it working before the day was over.

  This unit is a perfectly acceptable place to lay your vacationing head. Its location and size are perfect. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen adequately stocked, and it has both a drip and single coffee maker. My kids asked if we could move in! The only thing missing is a dehumidifier - the towels take extra long to hang dry.

  The spot was great, and the beach is a few steps away. The property was clean and the staff nice. The room was dated, but adequate for all of the other positives. Definitely needs extra pillows and blankets. This is not owned by an individual, but by the location, so no personal touch.

  i enjoyed my vacation at Maderia Beach.The location was great with the beach pool ,and John's pass, my room#230 o the other hand fell short of my expections,the carpets were nasty and the bathrooms weren't very clean,the water pressure in the showers was terrible.

  First let me say positive things. The location of the resort is great. In unit 230 the kitchen was well appointed, the furniture was okay, and the mattresses were fine. These positives were overshadowed by the dirty stained rugs in the bedrooms, the rusty and moldy bathroom fixtures and the stained bar stool seats. I would not recommend this unit to anyone

  We loved our room. Was a little smaller than I expected but met our needs just fine. One thing I loved is the room had plenty of dresser space. It was very clean and comfy. Love that it’s close to Johns Pass. It’s close to plenty of restaurants also. We always stay at Surfsong Resort when we’re in SaintPete Florida. Looking forward to our next vacation there.

  Everything was fantastic including the condo, pool area, beach access and location. Great restaurants, bars and shopping directly across the street. Our A/C stopped working during our stay, but was promptly fixed after I reported it. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only downfalls were dirty carpet in bedroom doorway, and you have to take out your own trash.

  Initially we thought the place seemed old and run-down, but were pleasantly surprised at how CLEAN the room was. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was fully functional. If you want a cheap place to stay on the beach, this is it. However my wife and I will to be returning for a few reasons: It's very dark (nothing like the photo), there's no table so you have to east at the bar on rickety bar stools. The staff was friendly, but would not give us an extra hour to check out (late checkout). If you have kids using the pool, they will be hassled by the "regulars" and owners. The pool area is nice and the pool is heated.

  We love the area!! This particular condo deserves some TLC. Bar dining is not family friendly and stools were not comfortable. Carpeting in bedrooms could use a good cleaning or even replaced. Missing towel bar in main bathroom and could use some updating.

  This unit is so close to the pool, but just far enough away to not hear all the hustle and bustle. It's in the walkway directly near the door for the interior units, which sit over the parking garage. I was a little concerned that the interior door might be loud with people coming and going, but it never was an issue. The beds were comfortable. The master has a memory foam mattress which was nice. The two twin beds were more firm but still comfortable. We stayed here the last week in September, so as always, it was definitely more quiet then peak season and the weather was in the mid 80's to upper 70's. The pool felt warmer on the cooler days, so I assume it's heated this time of year, but if it wasn't it was still nice to be able to choose between the pool and the beach. Thank you and would recommend.
