Beach Place #301- This is a recently remodeled charming 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with views of John's Pass waterway, Bridge & Village, is conveniently located steps from the beautiful beaches, heated swimming pool and all the amenities Beach Place offers - perfect for up to six people! Free Wifi Please note this condo has ONE parking spot. There is no additional parking available at Beach Place for other vehicles.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

Guests will notice the open floor plan upon entering. The bright and well equipped full kitchen is fully stocked with utensils for any of your cooking needs while opening up to the spacious living area. Bar seating as well as large kitchen table, provides plenty of room for meals or playing games. The outside balcony showcases a great view of John's Pass Village, located directly across the street and less than a five minute walk.

The master bedroom offers lots of space, comfortable king sized bed, television and attached master bath. The roomy, second guestroom, with its soothing decor, has two queen beds, making this a great home for families or groups. As with every SunHost property, linens, extra towels and pillows are all stocked, and ready for you upon arrival. This is a non smoking property. WIFI is provided as well as one parking space for this home. When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to 7 day a week office staff, office services (fax, copy, print boarding passes etc.) We also have maintenance available 7 days a week if you experience any issues at the property and a 24 hour emergency on call person. This is a non smoking unit.

One big attraction to this popular unit is its premier location to not only the world class beaches, heated swimming pool and BBQ facilities, but also John's Pass Village, a sought after destination for tourists and year round residents alike. The Village is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden. Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This beautiful Gulf getaway, has something for everyone, including dolphin watching, water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

  It was a great time. The only complaint I would have is the water pressure and water temperature in the condo was okay but I think there’s some cleaning of the faucets that might help that part. I tapped m fingernail under the faucet in the smaller bathroom and a lot of black build up came out.
  Also we’ve stayed here for like 3years now and if you could do a towel swap like mid week that would be great.

  The rental experience including all communication and check in and out process were flawless. I am a 28 year repeat customer and appreciate the professionalism as always. However, this condo was not in our favorites. The beds were so extremely uncomfortable and low quality. The condo has personal items from previous tenants ( underwear in drawers), baseboards had a thick layer of dust and dirt, bathroom fans did not work and made very loud noises, and there were not enough towels and washcloths for one day, let alone a week which required multiple trips to the laundry. I would definitely book with sunhost again, but this condo needs some updating and cleaning.

  Overall, it was a great condo. Master bathroom fan needs replaced because it made a horrible noise for about 3 mins. Microwave had a weird, high pitched hum & dishwasher door wouldn’t shut properly but relatively clean & cozy. Outside traffic noise made it hard to enjoy the balcony but all in all, a nice place.

  Madiera Beach is our favorite vacation destination. Previous years we stayed in 202 but was unavailable this year. We stayed in 301. It seems there has been some updates but there are still more to do. The kitchen is very outdated and gronchy. The cupboards
  Doors wouldn’t stay closed. Had to take the crispers out of the fridge so the door would stay closed. Inside of the cupboards are very dirty. Dishwasher door would not stay closed without a good bang. The king bed was very uncomfortable with a big lump in the middle of the mattress and the frame was all loose. The bed shook anytime you moved. The rest of the condo was fine.
  Nights were noisier than other years. Seemed to be a lot of parties in the park next door.
  We will be back!! 😊

  Our only complaint: there were tiny bugs all around and in the sink. We tried to be very careful not to let any food sit out anywhere; even tied up the trash before bed. Might need to spray?
  
  The bathroom off the first bedroom needs a little updating and a door stop - the handle kept hitting the wall.
  
  Otherwise, condo was fantastic: decor was pretty, porch furniture was nice (one chair had a couple small holes in it; just an FYI). We LOVED the fact that there were beach chairs and a cooler in the unit.

  Overall, the trip was ok. However, this was not an ideal family location, and the pictures look alot better than the real thing. The unit is big, but needs help. Most importantly, people should understand the park next door is a popular hangout for local cruiers. :ery loud and very busy.

  The vacation rental was in a great location, steps to the beach and John’s Pass. The bed in master was uncomfortable, could be replaced. There were only 2 beach chairs for our use, rental sleeps 6, could have used a few more. We were awoken one of the nights by the police as people 2 floors up were being loud. I asked at management office to use a second parking spot as there were none in nearby pay lots and met with “it is only a few dollars”. Only about 2/3 were being used in the week we were there, didn’t see why we could not have used one of them.

  301 was not particularly clean, floors in kitchen, dining area and living room carpet.. didn’t have a clean Oder.. smelled like mildew.. cambinet doors were hanging off and some wouldn’t close.. ceiling fan in bedroom wouldn’t work because remote was missing.. staff said turn it on manually by standing on a chair.. which I did.. so it ran continuously. Ants were on kitchen counter bar area near wall. All four washers in building were out for over a week.

  Upon arriving at #301 Beach Place condos, the carpet and furniture were very dirty.. Did not want to sit on the couch. There were stains on the ceiling and that first night the windows were howling so loud due to how old they are, Fan in MB was set to on with no light working, holes in 2nd bedroom closet. Just felt like we were getting the place ready for the year and having mgt come in to fix everything up. Will not stay in 301 again. If the owners would keep the place updated, this could be a nice condo.

  This condo is beautiful. Our AC went out on day 2. Sunhost and the owner of the condo remedied the situation quickly. We had AC back after only a day and a half. This would have been remedied sooner, but a crane was required to install a new unit on the roof of the building.

  Lots of room for our family of five. Very convenient location to John’s Pass Boardwalk, Shops, and Restaurants. One downside was the wireless was very slow at 14 MBS.   Loved the kitchen and bar seating. The whole unit was very nice. We enjoyed using the bbq and eating at the outdoor picnic area. The deck was nice and spacious. Interesting views. Guest parking was a problem. But we went to the city building and purchased a weekly pass to park in the nearby park parking lot.
