#301 The Shores Condo

The Shores #301 - Pack your bags and settle into this very nice 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with incredible beachfront views on Redington Shores. Everything you need is here to have a truly one of a kind vacation, including close proximity to everything. 7 night rental minimum, Saturday arrival/departure required. Call for exceptions. You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

This unit offers a spacious floor plan, including a full kitchen with granite countertops, and is fully stocked with utensils as well as a washer and dryer for your use. An eating area for four leads you into the large living room that is comfortably furnished including a flat screened television. The outdoor balcony provides beautiful gulf views, perfect for a relaxing and unwinding. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and a small sitting area. The second bedroom has a queen and one twin bed, updated June 2017. This is a perfect retreat for up to five people maximum. Both bathrooms are spotless and SunHost makes certain that every need is met, including fresh linens, extra pillows, and plenty of towels are fully stocked. This property also includes free WIFI.

As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including copying and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available as well as an after hours on call person. This is a non smoking home. Please note, pets are not allowed in this condo, or any SunHost managed condo.

Located just steps from the beach, heated pool, BBQ area and other amenities, this prime condo is about 5 miles north of popular John's Pass, which offers a variety of restaurants, unique shopping and entertainment along a pirate themed 1,100 foot boardwalk - a popular destination for locals and tourists alike. The Pass is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's number 1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This beautiful Gulf getaway, has something for everyone, including dolphin watching, water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

This unit requires Saturday Arrival and Departure, 7 night minimum stay.

  Enjoyed our stay again this year. Have reservations for next year again. Please consider cleaning carpet and upholstry. Also would be nice to have a new mattress and upgrade TV’s to Smart TVs. We got around that by buying a Roku so we could use streaming services. The pool opened after damage from hurricane during our stay which was nice, access to beach was still easy despite the temp fencing. They were also replacing a lot of the patio pavers while there but again the condo rep was great about communicating with us and these were not an inconvenience. Very glad this condo complex is recovering so well from last year’s hurricane. Lots of good restaurants open within a 15 min drive. Look forward to next year!

  Once again, a great vacation! (I’ve rented this condo for many years and it has always been fantastic!) The AC quit working one evening and after a phone call, the maintenance crew showed up the next morning and an AC company was there by the afternoon and fixed the problem. It was great to see that the beach chairs and umbrellas that we bought and left in the closet last year were still there, as well. The new couch was nice but unfortunately isn’t a sleeper so that was a surprise. The only suggestion I would make is instead of a mattress on just a frame; a “real” bed would be nice in the master bedroom. Great location; right on the Gulf, fantastic views, I’ve already reserved it for two weeks next September!

  The place is right on the beach. Great sunsets...great location. Honestly I would have to nit pick for criticism. They need to do some upgrades and spend a little of that enormous rent money they make. The pans in the kitchen are old and food sticks to everything. We had to buy a pan at Winn Dixie. The towels are old and are fraying and falling apart. There are only three steak knives and the knives are all dull in general. This is all fixable and should be done immediately. Property management staff was outstanding. Parking is great. Everything is good except the above mentioned. Just disappointing that such a nice place cant provide some good pans and knives and towels.

  We loved our condo. There were instructions for everything from parking to WiFi to gate codes. We didn’t have to wonder or call someone when we arrived to figure it out. Check in was a breeze. The rental company was easy to contact and kept in touch with me for any updates, check in time changes, etc. we were within 15 minutes if so many great restaurants. We only wished we had time to visit them all during our stay.

  I have stayed at the Shores many times but this was the first time in #301.
  I love the location and the property.
  My only criticism of the property is that it definitely needs new bed linens and towels as they are really worn out.

  we have stayed at The Shores before and really enjoyed our vacation....however, although #301 was neat and clean, the furniture was deplorable , we are seniors and could not get out of the sofa as well as the only other barrel chair...they need to be replaced. Also, if the owners really want to upgrade, they should consider changing out the toilets , so you don't feel like you are setting on the floor..

  My wife and I spent 6 weeks at the Shores Condo, unit 301, in Redington Shores. The location is great. It is right on the Gulf between Clearwater and St Pete Beach. The Condo grounds offers a nice Pool, Grills and Covered Tables to enjoy the outdoors and fantastic view. Just a few steps away you are on the beach. Their are great restaurants in close proximity. A great view with spectacular sunsets on the Condo deck. We have stayed here in the past and look forward to staying in the future.

  The location of this property was great. Beautiful beach views. Pool was nice. The grounds were well kept. It would have been nice if the groundskeeper waited at least to 9am to start the use of lawn equipment. The unit could use some updates.

  Place was great. The only complaints would be the closet door was broken for the 2 weeks, the Master Bath toilet ran all the time, never got fixed. taste of water. (?). One last thing. The last day of our stay about 2 dozen teenagers, used the parking lot and went in and out to the beach. Some had the code, some jumped over the fence, sand everywhere. Thats all.

  We had a great time in Redington as we knew we would since we have been coming to this area for years. The condo is in a great location. The building was clean and the grounds kept up very neatly. Our unit had a great view and had everything you would need for a great stay. Understanding that this unit is probably to be used a only as a rental, I found the unit to be a little dated but nice.
