#302 Beach Place Condos

Beach Place #302 - This is a cute and comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo offering terrific views of popular John's Pass waterway, bridge, and Village in south Madeira Beach. Spacious, including plenty of natural light, this 1,140 square foot property includes an updated kitchen, with granite countertops, and fully stocked with utensils. Enjoy meals around the kitchen table that seats up to six. The large living area has plenty of comfortable seating, flat screened television, and access to the balcony. Free Wifi Please note there is ONE parking spot only and no additional parking spots are available on Beach Place property.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

The master bedroom, located just off the living room, provides a king size bed, with plenty of dresser drawer space. The attached master bath has double sink, shower/tub. The second guestroom has two queen beds, making this a comfortable vacation retreat for up to six people. As with every SunHost property, linens, extra towels and pillows are all stocked, and ready for you upon arrival. Free WiFi and one parking space is available with this rental.

When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to 7 day a week office staff, office services (copying, print boarding passes etc.) We also have maintenance available 7 days a week if you experience any issues at the property and a 24 hour emergency on call person.

Ideally located near all amenities, including large heated swimming pool, BBQ facilities, and of course, one of a kind Florida beaches, you can find everything you need right here. Across the street is John's Pass Village, a highly popular attraction for all ages. This is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This beautiful Gulf getaway, has something for everyone, including dolphin watching, water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

  We had a great week. Perfect location especially for our high schoolers with John's Pass right across the street. Condo had everything we needed. We could even walk to the bridge and watch dolphins daily! Definitely returning in 2027!

  Overall the room was very nice and clean. We did have an issue with the smoke alarm going off at 3am, but the issue was addressed quickly. The price was a little much for a street view, but everything is more expensive now.I thought being right across the street from John's Pass would be convenient, but it was hard to get out on to the street, especially when the bridge was up.

  We vacationed at Beach Place condos for the past several years. Although the weather wasn't good on a few occasions, we can find other things to do in the vicinity. The condos are located close to John's pass and we have access to the beach and the pool which are both located on site.
  302 in particular, has comfortable living room furniture and is laid out so that each bedroom has their own bathroom. The condo was clean and the kitchen had all the amenities that you would need.

  We had a wonderful experience at this property. We had a family of 6 staying and everything was even better than described. We do not have one complaint. We loved the convenience of having the ocean right there, but also loved being able to walk to all of the shop and restaurants in John’s Pass. The condo was clean and has been updated with new furniture since the pictures shown. We had a great time and would definitely would go back.

  This condo is perfectly located overlooking John's pass and the lift bridge. It was clean and well stocked with essentials. There is street noise through the night as you are close to the main road but we used a white noise machine and that helped. The bathrooms could use an update, but were functional and clean. We loved our stay here and would stay again!

  This was our third stay in this unit. Great view of Johns Pass. Could not be more convenient. We felt the unit needs some updating as furniture is pretty worn. Pretty sure this trip folks were letting people in the pool that weren’t staying at Beach Place. One afternoon there three families that said they were staying elsewhere. Beach Place is great with huts near the pool for shade and grills. Returning next near to a larger unit.

  I stayed at the Beach Place a couple times and each stay was perfect. Excellent location. Everything is right here, few feet away from the sandy beach, ocean, pool, stores, restaurants, bars, jet ski rental, fishing charters, pirate ship, sunset cruise, dolphin watch......and more!
  I love to fish and I catch a lot at Johns Pass and Maderia Beach (both are a few feet away) I see a ton of Dolphins while fishing or just hanging on the beach. A manatee swam right up to me :)
  I will be returning hopefully sooner than later.
