Free Wifi Please note there is ONE parking spot for Beach Place #303 and there is no additional parking on Beach Place property.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

The kitchen now features granite countertops, modern cabinetry and opens up into the breakfast area and spacious living room. Here you will discover comfortable seating and large plasma television all wrapped up in soothing tropical colors. The outdoor balcony provides panoramic views of John's Pass Village.

The master bedroom has two queen beds, and television with attached master bath. The nice sized second room, also has two queen beds, television, and plenty of dresser drawer space as well. The bathrooms have been remodeled with new tile, cabinets and granite countertops. As a SunHost Resorts managed unit, this property will be fully furnished with all kitchen utensils, linen for all beds, extra pillows and sufficient towels for your stay. It really doesn't get much better than this!

As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including fax, copy, and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available as well as an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking home.

As a guest of 303 Beach Place, you will find you are centrally located to all of the area's amenities. This includes the one of a kind beaches, heated swimming pool, AND BBQ facilities. Located across the street, is popular John's Pass Village. The Village is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This beautiful Gulf getaway, has something for everyone, including dolphin watching, water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

  We love the Beach Place. We had a few problems but the staff tried to remedy what we had. Unit 301 was out unit and had a very musty molded smell. We assume it was from the hurricane damage.

  We stayed at 303 Beach Place and were very satisfied with the location. We checked in after hours and the process was very easy. The beds in the condo were not real comfortable, and the sheets were not very soft. We recommend upgrading the beds and bedding in the future. The thermostat also could not be turned below 72 degrees F which made the condo a bit warmer than expected. The lighting and water pressure in the shower could also be stronger Overall we really enjoyed the pool and beach and the close proximity to John’s Pass.

  We have stayed at Beach Place many times. We have never had any problems. Staff and maintenance very nice and efficient. Condo was very nice and we love that we can just walk to John’s Pass. Highly recommend Beach Place. I liked it so much that I have booked a condo in September for girls trip. If you stay at Beach Place you will love it.

  The condo needs updated with fresh paint, windows and especially the bedroom furniture. The master bedroom windows need replaced. I had to check to make sure they weren’t open as the street noise was very loud at night when trying to sleep. The location of the public access lot didn’t help with the noise level in the evening as people seemed to “cruise” the lot. The bedroom lamp would only work when you plugged it in or unplugged it. The master bathroom shower needs to have fixtures updated as well. Was very hard turn the water on and it appeared moldy under the handle. Kitchen was decently stocked.

  My experience was not very pleasant. The beds were horrible. And the noise situation was unbearable sometimes. Your balcony in this particular condo faces a public parking lot for the beach and access to John's pass. Is a very popular fishing spot. The noise like I said was unbearable at times. I think it's time to upgrade the windows and the patio door. Not a very good experience at all. I would not recommend this place.

  Have been coming to Maderia Beach for the past 6 yrs. had stopped during Covid-19 and returned this past Feb.2023. As always we enjoy coming as the location is perfect for us. Our condo nice, comfortable and clean. Had some issues with the TV that were resolved(remote sticking). Very disappointed with the change in booking for the following year. When we went to rebook the same condo for 2024 we were told that it was already booked. In the past the renter always had first choice. Even though there was a SMALL strip of paper in our envelope telling us if we were interested in rebooking we had to go to the office with 24/48 hours upon our arrival. This was not handled correctly since we had to go and check in after our arrival the office staff should have reminded us at that time about the changes made for bookings, so needless to say we could not rebook the same condo and our friends had the same issue.... this is very disappointing. One least thing, cannot believe that the bath tubs/showers r not equipped with handicap bars for safety getting in and out for protection fr falling. Not good

  Beds in 303 need to be replaced. Beach towels would be very convenient, and a 4th chair on balcony is needed. Had a wonderful time and other than the early morning garbage men disrupting everyone's sleep at 7 a.m. it was a fantastic trip.

  Nice place great location only problem was Friday and Saturday nights the beach access parking lot gets very popular in the evening with cruisers. Big lifted trucks lighted up drag racing down Blvd loud music have stayed here for 3 yrs in a row, first time to experience this

  Price was good, location was good. Biggest issue that we had was that all of the beds were very cheap, squeaky, and uncomfortable. This reason alone will prevent us from renting here again. Also, there is shared laundry and it requires quarters. They never have change at the desk and none of the local stores give change.

  The rental process was smooth and easy. The condo was updated and clean. The only thing I say needs an update are the beds and the fridge. The fridge did not cool enough even on the coldest setting. The beds were super uncomfortable. My family and I woke up with back and neck pain every day. Other than that it was good.
