You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

Beach Place #308 is a 1360 square foot beachfront dream that has under gone a complete remodel that includes all new granite kitchen , all new stainless-steel appliances, and new granite bathrooms. New furniture throughout, new tile carpet throughout and a luxurious walk-in shower. There are TVs in all 3 bedrooms. Sleeping arrangements: King in Master, 2 Queens in 2nd bdrm, 1 Queen in 3rd bdrm. Beach Place 308 also has in unit washer/dryer. This unit offers ONE assigned parking space. There is no additional parking at Beach Place.

But no vacation would be complete with multiple trips to the beach, swimming pool and BBQing! Fortunately, these are all right here, just steps away! Another plus- John's Pass Village is just across the street! At the Pass you and your family and friends can enjoy shopping, restaurants, and entertainment along a 1,100 pirate themed boardwalk. A quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This beautiful Gulf getaway, has something for everyone, including water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

  Location is perfect. Condo provides enough space to spread out for 6 adults. AC did great. John’s pass just steps away - no need to frond and pay for parking.
  As for maintenance of furniture, electronics, amenities..... TERRIBLE! Spending $600+ per night. Dining table chair leg visibly damaged and bent- couch completely worn out, can feel the wood framing on the arms, sliding doors to patio and master shower almost impossible to slide. Washer dryer doesn’t look like was cleaned since the date of purchase. Kitchen fridge leaked water entire week. Kitchen utensils/pots/pans/dining ware Dollar store quality. All completely worn out- melted and faded. Food still on spatula and plastic spoons in utensil container on the counter. Zero paper towels provided- two hand towels and a wash cloth for one week stay. One inch bar of soap provided in both bathrooms. No extras - for 6 people for one week. No tissue boxes.
  Pretty disappointing what they are charging and what condo is stocked with.

  Overall the stay was fine although there were things that need improvement. The refrigerator didn’t make ice and it leaked water. The living room furniture is old and dirty and the master bedroom mattress is horrible.
  The staff was very helpful though and came quickly when we had an issue.

  Our welcome was on the very ride side from the young lady in the office.
  Biggest complaint only 1 parking space for a3 bedroom condo. Very sad when you pay so much to stay they can't even accomadate their guest cars. We had to pay an additional $200 in parking for our place condos #308

  Location is its best quality, and the view is amazing. The place itself could make some very small changes to really improve; ironically however the in room "guest book" they leave for people to comment in had several different issues listed (some many months or years prior to our stay) that were still not addressed. Two of our guests are sensitive to dust and every time the A/C would kick on they'd start sneezing and were congested overnight (as if they had bad colds); suspect dirty air vents (which was mentioned by others in the guest book). The windows facing the hallway wouldn't latch so excess noise was coming in; also that meant you could access the room through the window if you wanted to from the hallway!!! You can't get extra towels, must wash your own however the dryer isn't maintained so the exhaust duct seemed clogged and therefore you had to run the dryer 3 or 4 times to dry towels. The glass slider to the deck was very difficult to open due to the very dirty/gummed up track; again small maintenance item that would fix this issue for months/years to come. They should spent a small fraction more of their enormous profits (based on what they charge) and they'd really have a gem there!

  This newly remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo was perfect for our family with older children. The beds were comfortable. They provided plenty of trash bags, dishwasher tabs, toilet paper, beach chairs and umbrella, cooler, and sand toys. Flying in for vacation and being limited what we can bring, this condo was perfect for us. We rented a car, which we really didn't need, because everything you need can be accessed by walking across the street to John's Pass. We had a wonderful vacation and will definitely be back!

  Location is perfect. Condo was not very clean . Our feet were filthy after walking on the floor the first hour so we know it was not moped. There were no cleaning supplies to wipe counter with or even the glass table. Carpet needs a serious cleaning. Also found many dirty dishes in the cupboards. The ladies at the office were very rude. Talked to other guests and they said the same thing. We have stayed two other times at Beacg Olace and it was great. If we come back hoping it is much better.

  The unit was clean and well stocked with all we needed for the 2 weeks we were there. The only big thing that needs updated in the unit would be the sliding glass door. We know that it is the original door, which means its at least 40 years old. We have been coming to this building since it was built, family members owned 3 units in this building. We could not even open it and had to go through the master bedroom to get to the balcony. It does need a coat of paint through out the unit also.
  Our weather was great but we know that you would have nothing to do with the red tide but that was a bummer it really hit on our 2nd week. Hopefully it won't happen next year!! See you next year....
