You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

Open floor plan offers plenty of room for up to six guests. Large kitchen offers breakfast bar, newer appliances and lots of counterspace. The living room has comfortable furnishings, large flat screened television, with direct access to the private balcony. Here you will discover views that go on forever! Enjoy your morning coffee and close out the day taking in the fabulous Florida sunsets from this prime vantage point. Both bedrooms are roomy and each have two queen beds and plenty of dresser drawer space! Of course, every SunHost property has spotless bathrooms prepared for your arrival. This home will be fully stocked with all kitchen utensils, linen for all beds, extra pillows and sufficient towels for your stay. Free WIFI is also included.

Coin laundry is on the property. The condo doesn't have a washing machine or clothes dryer.

As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including fax, copy, and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available as well as an after hours on call person. This is a non smoking home.

The white sandy beaches are all just steps away as are the refreshing heated pool, BBQ facilities, hot tub and tiki hut picnic tables.

John's Pass Village, a popular attraction for every member of the family, is just a mile down the road. At the Pass you and your family and friends can enjoy shopping, restaurants, and entertainment along a 1,100 pirate themed boardwalk. A quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's number 1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing.   Other than the constant drilling in the early morning from the construction workers no sleeping in late, it was decent also the room needs to be fullyupdated. Very close to John‘s pass boardwalk, 7-Eleven convenience store and two grocery stores are close by. Nice fishing on the beach and also John’s pass. The hot tub is nice. Pool was also good too, but the pool area needs to be pressure washed maintenance workers are very nice. Easy access to the beach. One thing is the elevator needs to be fully updated. Seems like I spent a quarter of my vacation waiting for the elevator And good luck if you can afford staying in the condo prices keep soaring. Would be nice to have some type of discount / deal for long-term repeat customers.

  It was very outdated ,the condo was filthy ,needs to be updated. The beds were broke down very uncomfortable and you need to find a new cleaning crew. they don’t clean very well. I will never stay here again.. if you’re buying an investment as a rental, at least keep it updated. Make it worth the stay. Instead of being a slumlord. but overall, the outside of the property was very beautiful.

  Plenty of room for the girls. Kitchen had everything we needed for the few meals we ate in. Beds are a little firm. Kitchen chairs and balcony chairs could be replaced. We're a little flimsy. But, overall we had a great time. Location was easy walking to johns pass and caddys. Trolley stops right out front for longer trips. A lot of codes to remember. Elevator, pool/beach gate, bathroom, condo codes. Put my brain to work.

  We had such a great week at 308 Sea Breeze.
  The first 2 days we had rain and cool weather. The hot tub made those days so much more bearable! A hot tub is a must for us when booking now.
  The condo was clean and felt huge to us. It had everything we needed including some beach toys and chairs in a bedroom closet which was a huge bonus.
  We only used the elevator once. We took the stairs to the 3rd floor every other time and it was not bad for us. We had 4 kids with us and were able to walk to John's Pass, 7-11, Nad Beach Cantina, Lisa's Cafe, and Caddies. W*If you walk down the beach to Johns Pass you can walk under the bridge and avoid crossing the busy road!
  Laundry facilities and trash chute were on the 4th floor so that was not bad for us. Laundry machines required a credit card.
  The view from the balconies is amazing. We saw 2 weddings on the beach and the coolest sunset ever. We saw dolphins from our balcony. We don't cook on vacation but the kitchen had everything we needed if we wanted to.

  The location and view from the balcony were great. The unit itself had many issues.
  When we arrived Saturday at 4, the first thing we noticed was that the AC was not working. It was 80 degrees in the unit and we immediately called SunHost. To make a long story short, we spent several days of back and forth on the phone with SunHost trying to get the issue resolved. We didn't have proper AC until Wednesday evening. On Tuesday we received some portable units that were so loud we couldn't have them on while we were trying to sleep. The whole issue was stressful and inconvenient having workers in and out of the unit while we were there. It would have been nice if we could have received a partial refund for our troubles.
  Another issue was the beds. All four beds had very old mattresses that were extremely uncomfortable. My husband spent most nights on the couch. The pillows and sheets were also horrible. It was very hard to get any sleep on a bad mattress with no AC. It would have been nice to be able to keep the balcony door open, but there wasn't a screen.
  The water pressure was very poor, but it was a little better in the smaller bathroom, so we used that one even though there was mold in the grout.
  We repeatedly received emails from SunHost before and during our stay that said to use their App to communicate and receive information, however the App didn't work. When I called and mentioned it, they said "oh that doesn't work, just call if you need anything". Concerning the AC issue, I felt like I had to keep complaining to get anything done. The cleaners were just in the unit an hour before we arrived so I would think they might notice the AC wasn't working and I'm wondering if the previous occupant complained. I feel like they were just hoping we either wouldn't notice or wouldn't complain.

  We were very happy with 308 Seabreeze condo. The bathroom off the hallway has to be redone. The bathtub does not drain and fixtures are so old! It could also use a new kitchen table and chairs. Overall the living space is wonderful. Very comfortable. The beds are very comfortable too. But the beds need new pillows. Kitchen was great. And the view was spectacular. Pool and hot tub we loved. Very clean. We used the grills too. A great place to stay for a week with all of the amenities. We would definitely go back.

  The view from the balcony is the best feature of this condo. It is also in a great location. All of the mattresses need to be replaced. It is like sleeping directly on the springs. There is no cushioning left on the sofa or love seat. Also, the bedrooms get really hot at night if you close the doors. There is no air coming in at all. If these things were fixed/upgraded, it would be a great condo.

  We had a great time on our trip. The beach was clean and not crowded. The pool was nice. Plenty of chairs. Didn’t use the hot tub but it looked clean. Our condo was nice but really could use new furniture. The couch and loveseat have seen better days. The mattresses are not comfortable at all. Price was great. Overall I’d give it a “B” but would definitely be an “A” if they’d replace the sofas and mattresses.

  You really can’t beat the view at this great condo! Definitely a beachy feel inside with all the kitchen utensils you’ll need, though no basic ingredients (like salt,pepper), but a quick trip to the Publix deli counter had most of that fixed. Condo was clean and plenty of towels (though you’ll need your own beach towels). Coin laundry rooms available in the complex and worked well. Love that they switched over to a keyless entry and only complaint was having to go to the office the next morning (after a late check in) to show ID, but they did say they’ll probably be doing away with that step! Would definitely stay again as I mentioned the views were spectacular and only steps to some of the softest sand you’ll ever touch! Turquoise waters and a salt water pool really added to the tropical feel of Madeira beach! Plenty of parking too.

  Loved the condo, the beach and the people involved with getting everything set up. However, at some point in our stay, someone decided to go thru 4 bags in our condo and remove items. Contact with the Host was unacceptable. To say they know who comes and goes is not correct, there is no electronic key pad. There was also a confirmed entry into our condo by a service individual. Is what it is but to put it back on our group to say we probably misplaced these items is not acceptable. Doubt they will have us back or we will book anything further.

  We rented this unit for two weeks and enjoyed the roominess of this unit. The furnishings are a little dated. There is a smart tv so if a person wanted to bring their roku they could use it. This unit does not have a washer and dryer, however there are laundry rooms on two of the floors in the complex. Loved that all units face the beach. Beautiful sunsets! There is only one elevator for the complex. Definitely could use a few more luggage carts as there were not enough. Having the pool and beach so close was wonderful. Pool area was maintained daily and kept up. I would say this area is more family oriented than spring break college crowds. While restaurants aren’t right next door, they are within walking distance. John’s Pass was approximately 8 blocks away for shopping, restaurants and water activities. I would recommend this unit to anyone wanting to enjoy a great family vacation on the beach.

  Great location on the beach with amazing view. However, condo requires furniture upgrades in living room with more seating arrangement, the 5 kitchen chairs were unstable (one missing). If the unit was occupied by the maximum allowed of 6 people, living room and kitchen furniture would not be sufficient. Overall, unit needs a thorough cleaning of vents, fan blades, door painting, all door frames and most of the baseboards require major repair and/or replacement, especially by the kitchen pantry, totally unacceptable. Kitchen utensils overall were cheap and not enough for daily use. Placemats are recommended. Major appliances are excellent, a small toaster oven would be appreciated instead of the cheapest toaster on hand. We occupied the unit for a whole month and at that price, we should not have any complaints to talk about!

  While we enjoyed the location and overall Seabreeze facility, unit 308 was not comfortable. The balcony table legs were rusted such that it affected the balance.
  The sofa was worn both in the fabric and the springs to the point you could not sit comfortably there to watch tv or enjoy the view. Same for the master bedroom beds. In addition, noise from Gulf Boulevard is consistent in the master. The comforter was held together with safety pins. When you can’t sit or sleep comfortably it impacts your ability to relax. The location was good and we enjoyed the hot tub but we would not recommend this unit and will not return.

  Let me start by saying we have stayed at Sea Breeze many times before, though not this particular unit. was very clean, plenty of room, had everything we needed. However, the beds were very lumpy and uncomfortable, and the couch and loveseat were quite saggy. I would recommend replacing all. Unfortunately, the week we stayed, seems like everyone else in the country went on vacation also.
  Kids were running constantly in the condo above us, and many people who were not staying there seemed to be using the pool. Were only able to get into it twice. Other than that, we love the location of the Sea Breeze condo's and their amenitites.

  We love Maderia Beach. This was the worst condo we have ever rented for you. Old/Dated. Owners need to give it a complete update, New paint, new furniture,new everything. Need to provide kitchen items. It was a joke the love seat is broken,we had to stack pillows on it to be able to sit on. Get rid of the old nasty Beach Theme, Ugh we have rented from SunHost for many years not sure we will any more.

  The Sea Breeze is a great condo complex. It offers a nice, ocean front pool and hot tub. The beach out front is fabulous. A bocce court and a corn hole setup are also available. We stayed in Unit 308. The unit was clean, well furnished, and had excellent Wi-Fi.
