Madeira Norte #311 - With so much to do, and all so close, your vacation is guaranteed to be nonstop fun here at 311 Madeira Norte! This beautiful, fully updated 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is ready to make memories. And views? This unit offers unparalleled gulf views. Step inside and you will immediately notice the bright and cheery floor plan. The gourmet kitchen has new granite counters, cabinets and appliances. It is fully stocked with all utensils for your cooking needs. The living area contains a dining table that can comfortably seat up to six, nice furniture, and a Samsung smart TV. Step out to the balcony to see what Florida is known for: white sandy beaches and clear gulf waters. Chances are, you will spend every moment here enjoying the sites.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

The master bedroom has king sized bed, television, attached master bath and plenty of room to store your belongings. Of course, with access to the outdoor balcony, here you can wake up to the sounds of the ocean. The adorable second bedroom has two twin beds, making this a perfect unit for a family of four. Linens, extra towels and pillows are stocked for your visit. Free high speed Internet and washer and dryer are included with this unit. Please note there is no phone in this condo. Please note that lost fobs will incur a replacement fee of $250, or the withholding of the equal security deposit, depending on the method of booking.

Please note the Rules and Regulations for Madeira Norte Condominiums prohibit motorcycles on the property. The Board of Directors has authorized the removal of motorcycles via a local towing company.

There is one assigned parking spot for this condo.

When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to 7 day a week office staff, office services (fax, copy, print boarding passes etc.) We also have maintenance available 7 days a week if you experience any issues at the property and an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking unit. No sleeper sofa is available with this property.

John's Pass Village, a popular destination for year round residents and tourists alike, is just across the street. A quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's number 1 tourist attraction, the Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing.   This is our third time staying in 311 Madeira Norte. It's location is perfect. Plenty of restaurant options within walking distance. The unit itself could use a little love. Mainly, a fresh paint job would go far. Kitchen is pretty well equipped, although we typically only make breakfast and lunch.

  This was our sixth stay at Madeira Norte, and seventh overall with SunHost, in Madeira Beach. We have stayed in multiple different units in the complex and they have all been excellent in their own way. Unit #311 is a wonderfully located unit being straight beachfront with a great view over the trees.
  
  The unit was generally very clean and reasonably appointed, but was not without some issues. The most glaring issue was the quality of the beds. We don't go looking for "The Ritz" when we stay anywhere, but the master bed was simply a broken down, creaking mattress with a 4" topper thrown on top. The two twin beds were not much better. This is something the owner must remedy if they expect good reviews. While the unit did provide the basic necessities one would expect, most units will offer a few small items that should not be considered "extras" for the comfort of the guests. Things such as an extra pillow or a spare blanket for if someone wants to nap on the couch go a long way, but this unit didn't have anything like that.
  
  Once again, Madeira Norte is a wonderful property and Unit #311 is a serviceable unit. It just needs some additions and upgrading to be on par with other units in the complex.

  The condo was decorated very nicely. The view from the balcony is perfect and looks right over the ocean and is great for watching the sunset. Chairs on balcony were very nice. The office was great about repairing the minor issues we had. The only negative was all the mattresses were awful, worn out and uncomfortable. In the master a foam pad had been added but did not help. For that reason, I probably would not stay in this condo again. 7 nights of not sleeping good can put a damper on vacation. I have not experienced this before in any other condo I have stayed in at Madeira Norte.

Unfortunately the unit next door had a lot of construction going on so that was a bit annoying but I didn't let it spoil my time there.   This is the best view on the Gulf. Enjoy sunsets from the well appointed deck and be steps away from John's Pass. The unit needs some updating. There is peeling paint in the kitchen and both bathrooms. The paint is also chipped in many areas of the unit. The king size bed is uncomfortable with a strange foam pad added that doesn't fit the bed.The Sunhost team does a great job of ensuring the unit is clean when you arrive.

  We have stayed many times on Madeira Beach thru SunHost. Housekeeping leaves a lot to be desired in 311 Madeira Norte. The condo was not clean, there was mold on the shower curtain which was disgusting.. The area rugs at the entrance into the condo and in the living room stink, nasty odor. The sliding doors in the bedroom and living room are very hard to open, not sliding on the track. Toilet wouldn’t flush. Kitchen drawers not neat, liner curled up at back of drawers. We will never stay here again.

  Condo was so clean and bright and comfortable. And the view!! Oh my!! Every day I would get up in awww!The colors of the ocean were just like the Caribbean. The comfortable living area was perfect to lounge in after a long day at the beach and we could eat at the six person table or on the balcony looking at the ocean. Large fridge was good too. Two full bathrooms was a huge plus for us. TVs in both bedrooms and they even provided two extra beach chairs and a pool noodle. Seems they thought of everything. King bed was a little firm and twin beds were very squeaky but I’m hoping the management will take care of those issues and It certainly wouldn’t stop me from coming back. We enjoyed the restaurants nearby. Sweet Sage and frog pond were amazing for breakfast. And conch Republic was awesome! Very very disappointed with Leverocks restaurant. Had fun walking around restaurants and dock at John’s Pass and ate amazing “wine cream”- ice cream made from a little bit of wine. Mango flavor! At ice cream store just to the right of “bronze lady”store at John’s Pass villages across the street. And bronze lady is such a fun boutique store also. Spent a lot a lot a lot there! So CUTE! Cute area. Beautiful beach. And great view and very comfortable condo, you cannot go wrong with this place! I already recommended this place to a friend and they booked in July!

  Overall, it's a great place to stay! Can't beat the location! The unit was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The master bedroom was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. The second bedroom was fine except the mattresses were not all that comfortable. Probably comfortable for a child, but not so much for an adult. I wish each adult staying there could have their own key. Four adults sharing two keys was sometimes frustrating since you need a key not only for the unit, but also the elevator, pool and beach access. Other than the key situation, we have no complaints and that's not a deal breaker for us. I would definitely recommend this unit
