Beach Place 312 - Please note that due to our hurricane season the elevator in the beachside building is temporarily out of service. The one bedroom and three bedroom units are located in this building. The two bedroom condos are in a different building and that elevator is operational. Contact us today to inquire about available discounts.

Three Bedroom two bath direct beach front unit. Access balcony from living room and master bedroom. Master bedroom has king bed and walk in closet. Second bedroom has 2 queen beds and ample closet space. Third bedroom has 1 queen bed. Great family sized unit with amazing sunset, gulf and beach views. Watch the boats come and go into John's Pass and listen to the waves from the balcony and master suite. Large updated granite kitchen. Baths also have been updated with new cabinetry & granite. Free Wifi. 7 night rental minimum, Saturday arrival/departure required. Call for exceptions.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to onsite 7 day a week management and maintenance to assist with anything you might need. This is a non smoking home that has 2 assigned parking spots. There is no additional parking at Beach Place.

The best part though, is 312 Beach Place is close to everything! Within moments you are swimming in the heated pool, diving in the clear gulf waters, cooking at the BBQ's, or eating at one of the many great restaurants at John's Pass Village. A quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction, the Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This Gulf getaway has something for everyone, including dolphin watching, water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

  So many inconveniences with the property. The ice maker did not work in the freezer, the dryer did not work, there were very few pots/pans/utensils. We went to the dollar store to replenish the items that the condo did not have that we needed to make dinner to make dinner (spoon, platter, pan) and everything already in the home's kitchen definitely also came from the dollar store. Also, the elevator was very hit or miss. Bringing luggage and a weeks worth of groceries up 3 flights of stairs for a family of 6 is quite a miserable experience. We've stayed in this condo building many times over the years, and this was one of the poorest kept units we have ever stayed in. Not worth the $4K that we spent for the week to be there. We'll probably look for a new vacation unit to call home (also, my parents and brother stayed two doors down from us and had to be moved because of bedbugs). The management staff was great, but the cleaning and the condition was sub-par.

  The location was beautiful. Condo was nice but not clean. They decided to paint the balcony while I was there and the smell was terrible. Was not allowed to turn the air below 72 which was highly inconvenient. And the elevator did not work for 4 days. My mother who just had surgery on leg and foot decided to go home after trying to climb and descend 3 flights of steps for 2 days. The furniture was ancient and uncomfortable, the mattresses waaay beyond firm. The office staff was less than helpful and very argumentative.

  Great weather. Unit 312 had a recliner, which is what I sleep in at home! Ice maker didn't work, since there were ice trays I suspect it wasn't working prior to our arrival We checked in at our noon arrival, which was fantastic after a 1 and 1half day of travel. Pool was clean. Perhaps a sign in the elevator warning that area around pool could be very hot would be helpful.

  Loved how close we were to everything. Literally right across the street from the was just steps to the sand. Liked how it was secured entry. The only issue we had was checking in. There was a large group of us in 3 separate condos. The other 2 condos were ready early, which I understand isn't always the case, however, after checking several times to see if ours was ready I ended going to the office 30 minutes past the latest check-in time only to be told "I'm sorry, I don't know how you slipped through our calls". No complaints other than that.

  Overall the experience was great. The location of the condo was perfect. The view from the patio and primary bedroom can’t be beat. We literally parked the car when we arrived and didn’t use it again until we left. With John’s Pass Boardwalk across the street we walked over every evening for dinner. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. As for the condo itself the beds were not very comfortable and it could use a good deep cleaning, but I would totally stay here again. Really appreciated the washer and dryer in the unit. I would like to see beach towels provided for a beach rental.

  We have stayed in different units for over 10 years now. This unit is VERY old and needs updated badly. From the hard/soiled beds (yes stains on hard bed) to the pillows that are stained, musty smell & hard also to a coffee maker that didnt work, ice maker that didnt work and the frig had rust on it. Lets not talk about the small couch and chair that were old and stained. Bathroom fan didnt run. Balcony door has a gap between the wall and the door letting air in. Oh and the windows blinds were missing some & didn't close. I can't believe that this unit is being rented in this condition by the owners. We will NEVER stay in this unit. We never complain about anything in 10 years, but this was extremely bad. Sad thing is, the view was amazing, and we come every year. The management company staff is AWESOME!

  What a dream! The condo was massive and the view was stunning. We truly saw dolphins every day. Kitchen had everything we need. 2 down sides, which we doable, were the chairs were lower, so your eye line was right in line with the balcony handrail and the beds were 0/10 in comfort.   Aside from a few cosmetic issues, the condo was great! Perfect view/location! Check in was a disaster. Was promised access by 4:00. Didn’t get access until 5:30. Was told we would receive a call/text when ready, never received anything. Went to office twice to check on status, and witnessed office staff being very rude to another guest. Had someone parked in our parking spot, asked a staff member what we should do, was told I should should go knock on door of car owner, wasn’t his problem. Have stayed with Sunhost Resorts many times over the years, this was by far the worst customer service I have encountered with them. Very Disappointing!!

  Overall we were very pleased with our stay here. The property is located on a nice stretch of beach and within walking distance to John’s Pass restaurants and stores. 312 was roomy and clean. The bathrooms were updated and the kitchen was well-stocked. We liked that it had a washer and dryer in the unit. The living room furniture could use updating. The mattresses and pillows were very hard and not comfortable. Lastly, no beach towels are provided in this unit which is ridiculous for a beach property! We have always had beach towels provided at other beach vacation rentals. No one wants to use valuable suitcase space with bulky towels!

  It could have been much better. I flew down from NC, two sisters flew down from OH, to celebrate our youngest sister's 60th birthday who lives in Florida. She has MS and is in a wheelchair. We arrived on Wednesday, the elevator was down on Thursday. Our first full day there was spent stuck on the third floor until 2:30 pm. No breakfast, no lunch, and no help from management. Said they'd compensate us but they did not. Elevator was out on Friday, too. The least they could have done was send up a pizza and coke. Maybe even a birthday cake. Ashley in the office was extremely rude on top of that and a flat out liar. Not a good way to start a vacation.

  We enjoyed the location. Great spot, beautiful view of the ocean. Miles to walk on the beach. The condo needs some updating. The cleaning prior to coming in could have been better, Beds were hard, ice machine didn't work and we didn't have pans big enough to cook for our group which we improvised and made it work. Walking distance to John's Pass and close to Treasure Island. It was a great trip. You make the best of small disappointments.

  Pretty nice property. Great location right across from John's Pass. We had an issue with the sliding glass door. It was damaged and my father in law got stuck on the balcony for over an hour and couldn't open the door because it was jammed. Unfortunatly he was the only one in the unit at the time and the master bedroom access was locked. We called maintenance and they agreed that it needed to be replaced. It was damaged to the point that it really wouldn't close all the way on both sides and stayed open about 2 inches the entire time. The washing machine was also EXTREMELY loud. There was a note on the machine that it was loud, but it shouldn't have been as loud as it was. I have this type of washer at home and it's doesn't sound like a jet engine when running. It's so loud, you can't stand to be in the unit while it's running. If you need to wash clothes, make sure it's when everyone is headed out and absolutely not at night when anyone is trying to sleep. These were the only 2 issues that disrupted our stay. There were some other small issues, but they didn't disturb our vacation. I would return to this property and this beach as the beach was beautiful and this property has a great location. We also liked the assigned parking which guaranteed we had spots to park. We would not ever return to this unit based on the two larger issues.
