Surf Song #333 - Bright and spacious 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo with all the amenities right here at 333 Surf Song! Decorated in soothing colors, this great third floor unit offers relaxation and comfort. Please note there is no phone in this condo. Free Wifi

Tiled throughout, walk in and discover the updated full kitchen, complete with granite countertops, newer appliances, including coffee maker and microwave. The sunny living area, with flat panel television, has nice furniture with access to the common balcony to take in the gulf views. The balcony is shared with the 4 other condos also on this floor. The roomy charming master bedroom has king sized bed, television and lots of closet and dresser drawer space. This unit comes with a covered parking space, utensils for your cooking needs, as well as sufficient towels, extra pillows and linens for all beds throughout your stay. You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed. Please note that lost keys will incur a replacement fee of $30, or the withholding of the equal security deposit, depending on the method of booking.

When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to 7 day a week office staff, office services (copy, print boarding passes etc.) We also have maintenance available 7 days a week if you experience any issues at the property and an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking unit.

As a guest you will find you are centrally located to all of the area's amenities. This includes the one of a kind beaches, heated swimming pool, and BBQ facilities. Located across the street, is popular John's Pass Village. The Pass is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's number 1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This Gulf getaway has something for everyone, including dolphin watching, water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

The condo was in great shape. There was an issue with the toilet, but this was fixed within an hour. Work was being done on the lower level units but this did not interfere with our stay. The pool was in great shape and new pavers and loungers were in use after all the destruction of the 2024 hurricanes.

We have stayed in this unit 2 times before this one. This has been the worst stay. The unit wasn’t properly cleaned. The coffee pot was dirty the floor had sand all over and rugs weren’t vacuumed as you could see evidence from previous stay. The couch had crumbs all over it. I will stay again because it is our favorite but there needs more attention. There was no note card with WiFi passwords or checkout list.

Size of rental was nice, not thrilled with entering unit through a bedroom (it was hard to tell from pictures). TV is mounted crooked, and the remote was hidden. Directions for tv did not match unit directions. Pool is nice. We would stay at this property again but in a different unit.

View is slightly obstructed , but that didnt bother us. Location tonjohns pass is perfect. No need to drive for food, drinks, and entertainment. Elevator was broken down for most part of 1 day.

Condo was a good location. However the condo itself was works out and dirty. We had to complain to get them to clean. In the end we received a refund after 3 days from Airbnb. The place meets a real good cleaning top to bottom. Several pieces of furniture need to be cleaned, repaired, or replaced. I would not recommend.

The condo was clean and in a good location. The only concern was that the king bed needed to have the mattress replaced. Being on the third floor meant that you had the roof top with the HVAC system in view. Otherwise, we enjoyed the accommodation.

Great proximity to the beach and John's Pass. Pool is heated and clean. Plenty of seating near the pool and shuffleboard. The bed was uncomfortable, towels were small, scratchy, and very limited. Dishwasher smelled rotten. No paper towels or Kleenex provided. Toilet tissue is one ply. There were no extra blankets. Shower was roomy and pressure was great. Maintenance had to unclog shower when we arrived. Unit smells musty. Frig very tiny. No rugs , floor slick. Cleanliness upon arrival 7/10. I would consider Surf Song again but another unit. This wasn't bad, just underwhelming for what you pay and expect.

Cute and clean room. It’s much smaller than the pics on the website but still spacious for two people. The entrance goes right to your bedroom so that’s different. There’s no private patio but we had friendly neighbors we would chat with so no biggie. There aren’t any paper plates or napkins so pick those up if you don’t want to do dishes!
