Surf Song #349 - Rain or shine, enjoy spectacular beach views from the covered balcony in this delightful 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo in Surf Song! Here, you are close to everything, including spectacular warm gulf waters, white sandy beaches, heated swimming pool, BBQ facilities, and the popular John's Pass Village. Free Wifi Please note this condo does not have a phone. You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

Inside, guests will find a full kitchen, with granite countertops and stocked with utensils, including microwave and coffeemaker for added convenience. A dining table for four is the perfect location for enjoying a meal or playing games or you can sit at the kitchen bar sipping your favorite beverage after a fun filled day. The living area includes a flat screen TV. The outdoor balcony is the perfect spot to enjoy the sunset, read a good book, or dine al fresco.

The master bedroom offers ample space with two comfortable queen sized beds, television and attached master bath, making this an ideal retreat for a family of four. Like all SunHost properties, the bathrooms are meticulously clean and linens, extra towels and pillows are provided for the comfort of guests.

As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including copy and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available as well as an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking home.

Of course, 349 Surf Song is a short walk from the gorgeous gulf beaches and heated swimming pool that will be popular with the entire family. BBQ facilities and hot tub are here as well.

Another sought after attraction- John's Pass Village! The Pass is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's number 1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This Gulf getaway has something for everyone, including dolphin watching, water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

  Really enjoyed the beachfront unit 349 at SurfSong. Good size 1/1 unit with two queen beds (though mattresses were a bit lumpy). Kitchen was very well staffed with anything you may need. Only had metal folding chairs and a newer chase lounger on the balcony for the first 8 days, but four new plastic stackable chairs were delivered on the eighth day ((much nicer). Perfect sunset views. eal on Broken seal on the fixed window of the sliding door obscures visibility (glass streaked and fogged). Nice size TV's in living and bedroom. Bathroom fixtures nice updated (showing their wear). On the whole, we'd stay in this unit again in a heartbeat...and at the SurfSong (cause I love the ladies on tge staff).

  I recently stayed at the Surf Song in Madera Beach. I rented a one bed room and I bath condo. The bones of this condo are great...roomy and would be comfortable for two people. The furnishings could use some updating but the balcony makes up for anything lacking in the condo. Beautiful view and a great spot to read or just people watch. I enjoyed my stay and would return if I had the opportunity. Sandy was very friendly and helpful with giving me all the info I needed. All in all, a good trip.

  We love the location and the views...but the price and need for updating are making us consider other options. There seems to be an issue with the property management team. We had two issues in a week. Fire alarm went one seemed to know what was going on. Got it reset, but it took another 3 hours to get elevator back on(my wife has a leg injury she's recovering from and couldn't get up to condo). Then water was shut off for the better part of the day for a plumbing repair.

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Surf Song #349! The unit was clean and comfortable with amazing views of the beach and ocean from the fantastic balcony and the sand was just steps away. There was plenty of room in the unit and everything worked as advertised.
  Being able to walk across the street to the Johns Pass shopping/dining district was an awesome perk. We were there during the Seafood Festival and even at its busiest, we weren't bother by noise or crowds at the resort. It was the best of both worlds!
  The staff was very helpful and attentive and we would not hesitate to stay here again!

  I hadn't see the ocean and beach for 15 years so I was in heaven! It was a wonderful trip with my Daughter and we stayed in 349.Very nice condo and easy walk to John's Pass. Beautiful view!!
  The remodeling downstairs was a bit annoying at times but overall everyone there is very friendly.

  The only reason to stay at this condo is if you're looking for oceanside with view on a budget. The condo is in desperate need of upkeep and tlc: The kitchen faucet was broken; the toilet flusher is the kind you have to hold down; the tub area is dark; the closet doors get stuck or don't open; and there's an old apartment smell. I spent the first two days wiping down surfaces, door knobs and switches and finding they were not really that clean. There was no salt or pepper to cook with and no working beach supplies. My husband and I left an umbrella for future guests. The window blinds fell off the window the first day when I tried to open it and the management company was excellent at giving service. So I might stay in this building again, but not this condo even if the view is amazing. In the end, I didn't think it was worth it.

  We had the best time. The condo was beautifully decorated, clean, and had everything we needed (including coffee filters, dish soap, umbrella, and beach chairs). The view was amazing, and super easy to get to the beach. I counted 100 steps from the elevator to the sand. Perfect! The only negative issue we had was the people under us were constantly on their balcony smoking the first half of the week. We could not enjoy the balcony during this time because of an allergy to cigarette smoke. When I called the front to ask if this was allowed, they said as long as they were on their balcony with the door shut, they could smoke. Pretty frustrating for those around them. They should definitely have designated areas away from other guests for this. My son and I are both allergic, so we had to enjoy the view from inside. Other than that, we had an amazing stay!! I highly recommend this condo. Perfect location with easy access to everything. Thank you for such a beautiful place to enjoy God's creation.

  We stayed 3 nights at Surf Song rm 349. Everything went very smooth, from online registration to check out. We reserved beach chairs and umbrella from . Again, everything went smooth. 349 has the best balcony and view of the gulf in SurfSong. The resort was being painted during our stay, but we were notified weeks in advance and the workers did not start until 9 a.m. The resort is quite old, but rm 349 was very clean and well supplied for our needs. Another plus is the location, directly across the street from John's Pass.

  Madeira Beach is a large gorgeous beach and you can’t beat the weather on spring break! The location of surf song is convenient but the service is not good and the office is not accommodating. The facilities are very dated and aging. The condo was not equipped with much in the kitchen or helpful items for the beach (Ex: chairs, towels, etc). I would not recommend it.

  This condos greatest feature is location. The view is magnificent. Be sure to bring everything you may possibly need because they provide the bare minimum. I was surprised there wasn't even a hair dryer. The electric needs updating and the light fixtures are old and falling apart but still would stay there again because it's all about spending time on the beach and having Johns Pass right across the street.
