#403 The Shores Condo

The Shores #403 - It doesn't get much better than this. Beach views, spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo and all the amenities right outside your door. All of this and more in Redington Shores. Free Wifi. There is no phone in this condo. 7 night rental minimum, Saturday arrival/departure required. Call for exceptions. You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

This fun property starts in the bright and open kitchen, with newer appliances and fully prepared for your visit with all the essentials to make your stay enjoyable. There is also a dining area, just outside the kitchen, perfect for playing games, or enjoying a meal. Bar seating and kitchen table provide plenty of eating room for you and your guests. The living room has two large leather couches, television and access to the incredible private balcony which offers some of the best ocean views available. Here is the perfect spot to begin and end your day while taking in the fresh Florida air. The lovely master bedroom is attractively furnished with king sized bed, television and access to the master bath. The spacious second guestroom two twin beds and television as well.

This is a perfect unit for couples or families. Kitchen utensils, linens, extra pillows and sufficient towels are fully stocked upon arrival. Washer and dryer are also provided for this unit. Please note this is a non-smoking home. There is free WIFI, and one assigned parking spot with one extra permitted as available. The limit is two automobiles.

When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to 7 day a week office staff, office services (copying, print boarding passes etc.) We also have maintenance available 7 days a week if you experience any issues at the property and an after hours emergency on call person.

Naturally this unit is just steps from the gorgeous gulf beaches and huge heated swimming pool that will be popular with the entire family. BBQ facilities are here as well. | Another sought after attraction? John's Pass Village is about 5 miles south. The Pass is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's number 1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This Gulf getaway has something for everyone, including dolphin watching, water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

This unit requires Saturday Arrival and Departure, 7 night minimum stay.

  Location is wonderful. We have stayed at the Shores for 5 years and in 403 for the past 3 years. You can’t beat the beach access, the beautiful sunsets and the Gulf of Mexico.
  
  This unit needs a major refresh. The carpet in the bedrooms is filthy and needs replacement. The kitchen cabinets are showing wear and tear. Many of the pan left for cooking are warped. The closet door in the guest bedroom needs repair. All of these concerns have been mentioned in the past but ignored. Renters should plan on bringing their own beach towels, paper products and other kitchen supplies. This does not have a complete set of kitchen utensils. The rent for this unit is high for the condition of the unit.

  The Condo was clean and had everything that you would need for a vacation. The only negative was the BBQ grills and pool were not available for use due to damages from the October 2024 hurricane. The other recommendation would be to possibly upgrade some of the kitchen supplies. The pots, pans, and cookie sheets are ready for replacement due to years of wear, scratches, and grease. The condo is situated in a great location, with beautiful beach and sunset views from the balcony.

  This unit has a great location. Key code entry was super convenient. Beautiful views and access to to the beach. Pool was clean and well kept along with the grounds.
  Unit was nicely furnished with exception of the carpet in the bedrooms. It would also have been nice to have paper towels and tissue supplied but other than that the unit was very well furnished.

  The Shores Vacation Condo is a well kept beautiful building right on the beach. The condo was clean and had all of the basic amenities. SunHost representatives were always polite and accommodating with any of our requests. Hoping that when we come back, the Master Bedroom in unit #403 has a blackout blind as the window faces east.

  Dealing wit Robin and Cassandra is very pleasant. They are professionals and helpful
  The condo is good but needs a few little items. Of course it’s not home so I perfectly understand it can not be everything to all.
  I was very surprised to get bit by mosquitoes. It’s the first time and it may be due to the rains in the past month unless the property management are cutting cost and stopping spraying.
  I am disappointed that there is no recycling of newspapers and bottles. This truly saddens me a lot
  We do not use a physical key anymore can the deposit of $20 now become a mute subject? It does not bother me but just thought to mention it.
  Asides of this little concerns we LOVED it there and will be back next year. Cassandra hask booked us in😎

  Two week rental of The Shores 403 - very nice unit at a good price, but cheap mattresses make the unit less than five star. This is a great, small building in an uncrowded area of the beach. Have stayed in this building three times. This was the most renovated unit. If they improved their mattresses I would give them five stars across the board.
