You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

Step inside this bright, open floor plan and discover an updated kitchen with newer appliances and granite countertops. With all the utilities provided, and lots of space, cooking on your vacation has never been easier. The living area contains a dining table for up to six people, as well as comfortable furniture and large screen television. The outside balcony offers a nice view of popular John's Pass Village, which is conveniently located across the street.

All bedrooms in this unit provide wonderful accommodations, televisions and lots of closet and dresser drawer space. The master bedroom and second guest room both have 2 queen beds, while the third contains 1 queen bed. The bathrooms, like every SunHost property are spotless and meticulously prepared for your visit. Linens for all beds, extra pillows, and sufficient towels for your stay are provided. This unit offers free WIFI, washer and dryer and 2 assigned parking spots. Please note, there is no visitor parking. This is a non smoking home.

When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to onsite 7 day a week management and maintenance to assist with anything you might need.

  First time staying at beach place. They called a little over a month before our stay to let us know the elevator is scheduled for maintenance while we were scheduled to stay, they offered us a different room or 20% back per day the elevator was out. The elevator ended up being down for the whole stay, and climbing to the
  4th floor( 8 sets) for 7 days was brutal. It was not worth the discount and honestly in the future if this happens we would change rooms.
  405 was a really pretty 3 bedroom unit with a view of the bridge and water. The condo had a few minor cosmetic flaws. The " master" bathroom has 2 different paint colors ( someone did a repair and the paints didnt match) and the shower curtain would not stay up. For a condo that sleeps 10, there was not as
  much bakeware ,a small casserole dish, 1 baking sheet, and the livingroom seating was made for 4, but still a great room, we would/will book again. It was nice to not need keys like at the norte for stairs/beach/pool. Quicker/ safer access the board walk was nice. No worrying about walking across traffic, just go under the bridge.

  The rental was a good vacation rental. But Management was very unconcerned about the elevator out of service for half the stay and we were on the fourth floor. There needs to be regular maintenance done on the elevators.

  The condo was great! Great location, directly across from John’s Pass. the mattresses were very comfy!!
  We cooked in quite a bit. I do wish there were a couple larger pots and pans but I’m sure most people weren’t cooking in as much as we did. The only complaint I have is that the elevator was broken as often as it worked over the course of the week. My in-laws were supposed to come with us and last minute plans changed and they couldn’t. If they had, we would have had serious issues as they have mobility issues and can’t do stairs. I even called in advance and confirmed the elevator was working.

  We payed 650$ per night for a dirty and not acceptable condo. Flying wire at the door, Ventilation Grille in bathroom Falling from the wall, a door felt nearly from the wall. The general condition of the condo is a Desaster. Further it was not very clean. All in all pls. Do not book this condos.

  Very nice 3 bedroom 2 bath condo. Everything worked as described. Icemaker was nice to have. There were some cheap beach chairs in the room to use. I like that there was a code for all the doors and gates. So no keys to have to carry. Only downside is our bedroom was right next to the trash chute. So we could hear people dropping trash down of the mornings. Overall great experience for our family of 7.

  The unit we rented suited us just fine. Stayed on Treasure Island last year and we now prefer Madeira Beach! Beautiful, pristine beach. Clean and safe. Saw dolpins every day and even managed to get a glimpse of a manatee. We will be back!

  We stayed here last year with friends, like it so I booked it for my family. The condo 4058 has really gone down since last year chair and table missing on the balcony. TV controls all missing backs plates with chips in them. I would stay again but look for another condo to rent. WE LOVE the location.

  Unit was as described. View was wonderful & nice to have the app show what your view will be. Adequate amount of towels & kitchen supplies. Some laundry soap would have been nice but we bought it. Plenty room to hang out for 6 adults in the unit. Very nice reclining couch & recliner. Nice to have TV in each room. Nice pool with plenty space and shade if needed. Direct access to the beach.   Overall, a great vacation. A couple things to work on though. The floors weren't very clean, sand present when we arrived. The hot water heater is set way too hot, potential injury waiting to happen. The attitude during check in (Stacy) was far less than desirable. I've been staying at Beach Place for >15 years and fully understand the rules and procedures for this place. I was talked to like I was a 5 year old. We had a slight problem with the AC unit, we called the desk for help and got a similar response, not good. The maintenance man arrived and promptly corrected the problem. He was courteous and professional.

  It was a great location being across from the boardwalk but facing the bridge and the public parking lot was very loud at night with people hanging out, playing loud music and racing cars in circles around the lot. If we stay here again we will get a unit facing the gulf or the building farther away from public parking. The condo itself was very nice and clean. We loved the nice electric recliner. Would have been nice to have ice maker working but not a big deal. I would recommend this property but not this unit

  Love the area, like SunHost, always book with them! This was however the worst property, very dated, furniture broken and worn, kitchen poorly equipped, not even a potholder, much less serving bowls or enough cups for coffee! Access to John's pass was awesome, but being over the parking lot where teens gather nightly with loud music and loud cars, terrible!
