Beach Place #408 - What a gorgeous, bright, beachfront 3 bedroom 2 bath condo waiting for you to enjoy! This updated retreat has it all, including panoramic views, and proximity to all of the amenities southern Madeira Beach offers. Also right outside your front door are beautiful beaches, heated swimming pool, BBQ facilities. Chances are, you will never need to leave!

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

The updated kitchen offers granite countertops, newer appliances, and all utilities you will need for your visit. Opening to the beautifully decorated living room, here you will find a large wall mounted flat screen TV with DVD and access to the balcony offering sensational beach views. Enjoy colorful sunsets, a good book or just sit and soak in the sun from this one of a kind vantage point!

All three bedrooms have plenty of space and privacy! The master bedroom has 1 king sized bed with private door to walkout balcony, and television. The second guestroom has 2 queen beds, and television, while the third bedroom has 1 queen. All together, this is a great rental for couples or larger families up to 8 people. As with every SunHost property, linens, extra towels and pillows are all stocked, and ready for you upon arrival. This unit offers a washer and dryer as well for your convenience. Free WiFi.

When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to onsite 7 day a week management and maintenance to assist with anything you might need. This is a non smoking home. This unit offers ONE assigned parking spot. There is no additional parking spaces.

Across the street from this unit is popular John's Pass Village. The Pass is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. It's 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This Gulf getaway has something for everyone, including dolphin watching, water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

  It was an amazing stay. We have stayed here, in various units 4 to 5 times now and each time is great. the only downfall is one elevator and it sometimes is too busy to use so you may have to walk up stairs (we dont mind because its exercise)

  Local man walked into our condo at 230am because we did not know we had to deadbolt the door behind us. Good thing we had a few men staying with us to tell him he was not welcome. Front desk made me feel it was my fault for not deadbolting the door. Other VRBO's and Airbnb's that I have rented, the door automatically locks and you need a code, key fab or card to enter the door.
  Other than that, the place was in perfect spot and we loved the layout.

  We enjoyed our stay here very much! We arrived early and the office staff held our luggage while we went to breakfast. They notified us that our condo was ready for check-in before the 4:00 check-in time. Our condo was very nice and clean. Loved the check-out situation. We were not required to throw out all our food and alcohol, like most places, so it didn’t go to waste! If I could change anything, it would be a faster air conditioned elevator! I will definitely stay here again!

  Condo on 4th floor. Easy check in. Condo new floors and shower. Beds comfortable. Closet had beach chairs, boogie boards, beach toys. Ocean front. Beach cleaned every morning. Pool heated in April.   2000 characters isn't enough to describe our horrible experience. Main takeaway - management avoids complaints. I couldn't reach a manager in person or by phone despite being told by multiple staff she was available.
  Our parking space was taken the entire stay. We were only given temporary use of another space after I refused to leave the office without resolve.
  The dryer tumbled, no heat.
  The bathroom door didn't close. No privacy.
  The balcony railing was loose - very unsafe.
  They had a microwave install scheduled 3 weeks in advance and we had been guests 4 days. They failed to mention it to us and instead called when they were in the elevator on their way to our door at 9am. In about 30 seconds, we had two men enter our condo while myself and my teens were in our tees and panties. They left the construction dust everywhere and despite being told someone would clean - no one did.
  I tried in person, by phone, etc to discuss this with management. After we checked out, I received an email stating my complaint was reviewed. Still no name, contact info, etc to speak with someone.
  
  Location is directly across from John's Pass and that is wonderful. Our condo was spacious and did fit our family of 8. We had unit 408 and my parents had 409. I have seen Sunhost reply to negative reviews stating they don't manage the property. I have receipts to prove they do. Trust the negative reviews.

  If you’re looking for a mediocre condo with cheap tiny towels, a dryer that’s junk, an old burned up coffee maker without even the right filters, a slower than molasses elevator that doesn’t work half of the time, a busted plastic patio chair with other outdated patio furniture that doesn’t fit, a bedroom with a tv that doesn’t work, no rugs to wipe ANY sand on (I mean, it is the beach right??), except for the one 5x7 in the living room completely engorged with sand (gross), and a master bed with cheap pillows that leaves you feeling sore and tired when you wake up, THIS is your condo!
  
  The owner of this unit needs to spend some money and do some updating. Even some simple things like better towels & some rugs would be a start...

  Beach Place is located in the perfect spot. Our condo was clean however we had to have maintenance come more than once. Our guest bathroom sink was leaking and our dryer did not work properly all week. We also had a group of teenage boys that stayed right above us (no parents in site) that kept us up all hours of the night. We called after called twice about the noise and though I know management isn't there in the evening it was very annoying.

  good unit, good location, we have stayed here before, negatives since last staying are people go into pool area when the guy is cleaning in the morning before it is supposed to open and reserve chairs which you are not supposed to be able to do.then they take a tiki table with 4 chairs and also grab 4 loungers for the same group and nothing is left for anyone else, need to get a handle on that situation so everyone has some chairs during the day

  Overall the resort location was wonderful right on the beach and right across the street from John's Pass. We enjoyed the shopping, food and karaoke. The description of the condo did say remodeled, but I feel like the improvements were minimal at best. The floors did seem to be new and that was nice. It was very clean. It was great having six beach chairs to use. We for sure would stay here again.

  Beach Place 408 was very nice!Our only problem was the air conditioning was locked on 78 and I was unable to lower it to 72. I showed the Maintenance guy when he came to get the TV's working that the air conditioning was screwed up.That night it got to be 81 in the condo and there was heat coming 11:30 that night I called the emergency no. and they said someone would call back asap, then a half hour later, a female called back and said they would take care of it in the next morning. It was very uncomfortable that night trying to sleep! The next morning, maintenance had to call the owner for the code and then realized the circuit breaker had tripped. Then it was fine! I did mention to the lady I talked to the night before that I felt I should be compensated, no reply!Other than the air conditioning problem everything else was great!!

  This was our first trip to Madeira Beach.
  Overal condo 408 was very nice and pretty clean. The kitchen counters and floors could have been a bit cleaner as there were some food remains/crumbs.
  The view from this unit was beautiful looking out directly onto the beach/ocean and listening to the waves. The only downfall with the view is that adjacent to Beach Place is a public parking area which in the evenings starts to fill and the parking lot and beach directly in front of condo has loud groups of people hanging out/milling around.
  The beds were comfy but the unit is in need of new window dressings. This was the units biggest downfall. People sitting on the balcony patio can see directly into the master bedroom patio door since just a sheer curtain. The other bedrooms; you could see into bedroom from the buildings outside hallway since blinds didn't close properly.
  The unit had a nice supply of bath towels. Would have liked more kitchen towels since only two supplied. Nice having the washer and dryer but dryer needs to be replaced. Took forever to dry things!!!
  The unit had 6 beach chairs!!!!! What a bonus! We were grateful for that! Wish there would also have been a small cooler or cooler bag to take to
  beach since with flights / luggage we didn’t bring one.
  The pool was nice with plenty of seating. We would enjoy the beach till too hot and then would come up to the pool to cool down.
  Every day we would walk across to John's Pass. Was nice and convenient to be close enough to walk.
  The elevator was old and super slow.
  Unit had No hair dryers & could use some more basic kitchen utensils/ items like a pizza cutter, aluminum foil, clear wrap or a few plastic containers with lids for any leftovers want to put in fridge. There weren’t any of these items in unit.
  Enjoyed Hubbard Marine deep sea fishing trip & would recommend eating at The Friendly Fisherman & Crabby’s.

  The room was not clean. We found Christmas ornament wire hangers in the carpet that had not been vacuumed up. Good thing we found them before our feet. Not enough soap, dish detergent, trash, bags, things you need where they require a weeks stay. Location is good for activity but the public parking lot next door makes for a very noisy experience. No insulation in walls and ceilings so you hear every step, chair slide and toilet flush from above. Beach gets very crowded because you’re at the end of before the bridge. Not worth the money they charge. Nobody on-site to deal with problems or requests after 5pm. Furnishing are dated and not in the best condition.

  The place was nice but.... Dishwasher didn’t work properly, dryer is old and takes hours to dry 1 load of laundry. 2 of the bedrooms are in the front of the place which is right outside of elevator and trash chute so it’s extremely noisy when you are sleeping. Kitchen didn’t havent much to work with utensils, pans, NO condiments salt pepper etc... Bedding/blankets are old!
  We loved the view it was amazing, mattresses were comfy, carpet was nice. Furniture was pretty good, Place was exceptionally clean!!!
