#501 Beach Place Condos

What more could you want in a vacation property? Here at Beach Place #501 we have a terrific 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo just across the street from John's Pass Village and steps from beautiful beaches, heated swimming pool and BBQ facilities. Guests love the remodeled kitchen, including granite countertops, beautiful cabinetry, newer appliances and plenty of space. Stocked with all utensils, microwave, a Keurig coffeemaker and a standard coffee pot and more, you will find everything you need.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

The living room provides comfortable seating, perfect for watching television, playing board games, or just relaxing. The master bedroom offers a queen sized bed, television and plenty of storage space. The guest room has 2 queen sized beds. Maximum occupancy is 4. Both bathrooms are meticulously clean and prepared for your arrival. Linens, ample towels and pillows are all stocked for your visit. Free WIFI and ONE parking place are also included. There is no additional parking available at Beach Place.

When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to onsite 7 day a week management and maintenance to assist with anything you might need. This is a non smoking home.

At 501 Beach Place, you will find you are centrally located to all of the area's amenities. Just across the street, is popular John's Pass Village. The Pass is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This Gulf getaway has something for everyone, including dolphin watching, water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

  Love staying at Beach Place! Park your car and you’re there for the week. No need to go anywhere, restaurants, shopping, ice cream shops, right across the street.   Sunhost is a wonderful company to work with. They are caring and informative when you have questions. We were disappointed with the owners of of unit 501 Beach Place Madeira Beach FL. There unit needs major updates from electrical to new furniture shades falling off walls. Owners should be accountable for keeping there unit comfortable and relaxing for there guest.

  My family and I have been coming to Madeira for over 25 years. This year we stayed at Beach Place in #501. This unit was very well stocked with everything you need and then some. Nice furniture and decor. Directly across street from John’s Pass. Can watch the bridge raise and see the beautiful lights at night from balcony. Pool was nice and clean, along with Tiki tables to relax and cool down at. Would recommend staying at Beach Place for a wonderful vacation. We are looking forward to visiting again next year!

  First impressions:Friendly staff,nice location,limited parking. First impression of Unit 501 was it smelled clean and was very clean. Pleased that it was virtually identical to the pictures posted. The kitchen was a highlight. Appliances,counter tops,and cabinets were new and very nice. Good supply of cookware. Nice view of bridge and intercoastal from balcony. Road noise, but not a problem. Pool area was nice. Would have liked a laundry area on site. Overall we were happy with our stay. Would recommend unit 501

  We enjoyed our stay in #501 at Beach Place. Accommodations are always great in that unit.
  One area that needs to be addressed in the complex, is the pool area. Numerous days of young couples drinking beer in the pool. Also large groups coming down to the pool at 9:00 and saving 4, 6, or more chairs with towels, but not actually occupying them until later in the afternoon. Both issues need to be addressed - very inconsiderate.

  The room was a very nice size and the kitchen was great to work in. I would like to see some basic seasonings or pantry staples like coffee filters, flour & cooking oil maybe? We ate breakfasts in most days & that wasnt something we thought to bring so those were grocery items we had to buy. The 2nd bathroom had a leak in the ceiling & maintenance came to look at it but that was it. Because it rained most nights, there was water to deal with in there each day.

  Loved the location. Condo was very spacious. The floor was very dirty. Our feet and socks were black.I swept and used a wet mop when we first arrived. The TV was very difficult to figure out...would be nice if they left directions.
