#407 sleeps four comfortably with 1 king and 2 twins (no sleeper sofa). Free WIFI. TV's in the living room and master bedroom. Please note this condo does not have a landline phone. Please note that lost fobs will incur a replacement fee of $250, or the withholding of the equal security deposit, depending on the method of booking.

Please note the Rules and Regulations for Madeira Norte Condominiums prohibit motorcycles on the property. The Board of Directors has authorized the removal of motorcycles via a local towing company.

  Unit 4pm was very nice, clean and well maintained. Kitchen had updated appliances. The unit also had a nice variety of beach accessories. View from the balcony offered both the Gulf and John Pass Village area. The parking space for the unit is right below the balcony so you can see your vehicle all the time.
